This is not a hotel to stay at if you want to sleep. At night they have a DJ in the garden until 1am, it’s unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep. Lots of people politely asked them to turn the music down so we could sleep but they refused and said by law they were allowed to play loud music until 11pm. The grounds are lovely and the hotel is nice but don’t stay here if you want a peaceful stay and to sleep.

We were given a different room to the one we booked. The hotel is putting up misleading pictures online. The pool area becomes a club on Fridays with music extremely loud. Staff is very rude as they aren’t trained well on customer service. Will not return and recommend others not to stay there as it is overpriced

Very uncomfortable bed, dirty rooms, receptionist not speaking English, low quality breakfast with cold water for tea. I found underware in the guardrobe! Please avoid this place. The only nice thing is the garden outside.

The hotel is quite old, but I have to say that I spent my time there during the winter. Spending vacations in this hotel during the summer should be much better, since the external spaces, which unfortunately were not enjoyable when I was there, are very nice.

During a business seminar, I stayed three nights at the hotel, specifically in room 50, and my experience was rather disappointing. Upon arrival, I was faced with a noisy ventilation problem, as well as a damp and dirty duvet. Although the staff kindly replaced the duvet at my request, the problem with the ventilation was not resolved despite my reports. The hotel has a large parking lot, located next to my room, where car activity can be disruptive. Additionally, on the second night, sleep was snatched from me by a dog barking under my window. This situation confirms Vincent84110's observations regarding the disadvantages of rooms overlooking the parking lot. I also agree with user margheritaresce's criticism on the issue of cleanliness. In summary, although the welcome was courteous, several aspects of my stay require notable improvement to guarantee comfort and satisfaction to future guests.

The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and varied. The location of the hotel was also ideal. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the superior room with its balcony was very nice. Large, comfortable and functional bathroom. Everything was clean. The garden is really nice. The buffet breakfast is very complete. The very professional reception team and the welcoming breakfast team. The only downsides perhaps: there was minor work in the corridor two mornings during our stay. Perhaps we should notify customers of this and also warn customers not to make too much noise in the corridors in the evening because the soundproofing is average. Other than that nothing to say! We will return to this very quiet hotel.
