We booked a combined super suite for the family. The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the center of the embankment, good room design. The balcony offers a great view of the evening fireworks. The room has toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, a refrigerator, and a kettle. A responsive, polite young man met us, advised us on entertainment venues and a good tour. It is easier to contact the hotel before arrival via imessenger. I recommend visiting the hotel and the place where it is located)

Second time in Phu Quoc, this is the hotel on the first day!
2700 yen per night with a bathtub.
I stayed here knowing that it was an unmanned reception that you contact by WhatsApp after reading reviews.
I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp on the notice on the hotel and someone from the hotel came right away.
I've attached a photo so it's convenient to have WhatsApp on beforehand!
It's also about a 5-10 minute walk from Sunset Road.
⭐︎Cheap but has a bathtub
⭐︎You can cool the room with a card key, and the room itself can be locked with a physical key placed in the room.
⭐︎Refrigerator (lukewarm but working), water, etc. are at a minimum level.
Disadvantages
⚫︎The shower is hot, but only the bathtub is lukewarm (max 31℃)
⚫︎Walls are thin

The hot water was hot and cold, and unfortunately there was a power outage for a day...but overall the living functions were pretty good. There are ordinary Vietnamese dishes on the right hand side of the lower stairs to fill your stomach. There is also a 24H small supermarket next to it and the proprietress is very nice.
