A good hotel for kids to play for whole day. There have a big swimming pool and a private beach. The beach water is very clear and we can saw a fish. Parents no need to prepare the swim donut for the kids hotel have provide a life jacket for kids to play at the swimming pool and the beach. Hotel also have a free “kayak” activities and kids club etc..additional point if we booked at trip.com the hotel is included the ticket for kiss of the sea.

Excellent suite with large space but private pool at balcony was quite small and with several broken tiles... Location was quite good but the surrounding not yet fully develop

I had a great stay as a solo traveler at Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay. The service was outstanding—staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The amenities were excellent as well, especially the pool and common areas which were well-maintained and relaxing.
Cleanliness was generally good, though there’s a bit of room for improvement. The location was just okay—beautiful but a bit far from the main areas and attractions, so getting around can be a bit tricky without transport.

It was a pleasant stay.
I got a sea view even I haven’t booked sea view room. It was an awesome surprise 🤓
The room is spacious with a nice balcony having a sitting area. But what I liked more was a BED!
I moved from another Accor hotel on the north of the island ( Movenpick) and the beds are in both hotels are the same- Extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. I slept like a baby and woke up without any pain in my back.
Not all hotels have such good pillows and soft beds in Asia. For me that’s very important to sleep on a good bed as I have neck and spine issues.
The breakfast is really good and has a lot of choice of Vietnamese, Indian, western options.
Swimming pool is soooo big and cool! Even has bar in the pool and small aqua park.
Hotel located at the one of the most beautiful beaches in Phu Quoc, the colour of the water is so turquoise and the sand is white. Little palm forest on the beach has a good sun protection, you don’t even need an umbrella 😇

The hotel located about 40 minutes away from airport. 10 minutes drive away from Sunset Beach with free shuttle but it is not very frequently. The hotel is kind of old and not well maintained. Breakfast area looks like canteen setting, and appealing at all. Food quality and taste is basic. I don't like the way they handle dairy products and fruits because they are not refrigerated or cool with ice or something.
The room I stay C904 is big with big balcony but the noise from the air conditioning drove me crazy.

The staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful and speak good English. There’s a free shuttle bus service driving you around the south Phu Quoc, basically involving most tourist attraction from 9 to 9.

Overall, it is a nice resort. Big swimming pool with nice beach. However, there are a lot of rubbish when you swim on the beach.
I am staying at a 2 bedroom apartment with seaview. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, but one of the bathroom locks was broken. The staff came and temporarily fixed it, but the next day, the lock was broken again and back locked again. It is a big rush as we need to catch the flight in the early morning. After 30 mins waiting, the staff came with the key.
