Hotel is excellent, with a beautiful beach and plenty of activities for guest to participate.
Breakfast taste good and a wide of variety of food.
This comment also want to appreciate the service from the front office team and housekeeping team.

Having stayed at Regent prior to the stay here, I would say the main differential would be the warmth in staff service found here, amazing beach with finer sands and clearer water, and the colonial touch to the rooms. Of course the kiss of the sea show also adds to the experience, especially the last 5mins of firework, what a blast indeed. Rarely had the chance to have firework blasting overhead so close up. Last but not least, want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kaori - starting from the very second of me stepping into the hotel compound, she has paid tremendous care to tend to my mom’s and my needs, and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy our stay here. Infinite gratitude to her and she would be the reason why I would want to revisit JW in near future ＜3

The room is huge and close to the beach. Breakfast has many choices, and the egg-free French bread must be eaten every day. We made candles and lanterns at the recreation center, which was enjoyable! Especially thanks to PIPPI of concierge and Ha of recreation

Stayed at the Rue De Lamarck Room. There was an issue with the lights at the bedroom on the night of checking in. Staff were efficient and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. The next day, we were offered cut fruit plate as a gesture of apologies from the Guest Relations.

Everything is amazing! It’s photogenic everywhere. The beach is shallow, calm, clean and very suitable for just chilling out. I love the services here. Staff are amazing they basically fulfill all of our requests with fast service. Room is beautiful and clean. I sleep very well here. Breakfast has great variety. Food is tasty in Red Rum restaurant. I would highly recommend couples and family to choose this hotel. Would definitely visit again!

Very relax stay at JW Marriott - Turquoise Suite. Good environment for unwinding. Beautiful resort for taking pictures. Nice private beach. We visited the Sunset Town too

The buildings of the resort were built along the coastline, it was great for people who enjoy the ocean view. We could also catch the sunrise from our room or by the private beach!
Security was good, the staff always ask for our room number when we go around the resort - it made us felt safe because people from the outside could not easily enter, hence saving our privacy.
