The place is beautiful
The beach is amazing
The service is poor.
The cuisine is average.
We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good.
The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing.
As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef.
We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all.
The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was "we are fully booked". No refund was done.
The staff doesn't speak English.
Not easy to ask or order anything.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staffs are super friendly with great service. F&B are a little pricey with normal standard.

Baba is not in Phuket but here in Phang Nga. When we booked, we only looked at the distance from the airport. I didn’t notice that I was not in Phuket. There were very limited reviews available online, so we didn't have high expectations. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have high expectations, but I felt pretty good after checking in.
We booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room was very large. The swimming pool on the balcony of the room was not too small. It was perfect for children to swim in. For adults, it would be more relaxing to go to the public swimming pool. Foreign tourists account for a larger proportion.
Breakfast: common area + menu selection. enough to eat
Restaurant: Just one. (There are both Thai and Western food) We basically ate everything on the menu in three days. Anyway, the taste is average.
Service: The waiters are more enthusiastic than the latter ones.
Beach: Pictured. The sea is blue and the sand is quite fine. The waves were bigger than that of Emperor Island, and I didn’t see any small fish while snorkeling. Few people
Disadvantages: There is nothing around, and you have to take a taxi to the supermarket. It’s too far to go back and forth to Phuket
