Natty has helped us enormously, she is kind and caring towards all passengers and has made our trip here go smoothly and superbly. She has helped in every way possible, and has tried her best to make everything run smoothly. If you come to this island I highly recommend you get in contact with Natty as I can assure you she will help you as much as she can and she will make your stay the best it can be.

Don gave the best service. He was very friendly and did an amazing job at booking in everything for me. He made our stay amazing. The hotel was pretty, lots of activities to do and it felt very clean, relaxing and fun to be at! Definitely worth the stay. Thank you Don!

Me and my wife stayed at the island villa, you get special treatment from the hotel staff as you will have a contact person who will be your contact for anything needed, the service was amazing! If you are hungry go check the Italian restaurant, i recommend the wagyu lasagna 😉 Having a pool bar is an awesome addition to the swimming pool, all in total 4.8/5

We decided to have a short gateway trip in Phuket. Despite the rainy season, staffs at The Island Escape Phuket tried really hard to make sure we had a pleasant stay especially Don and Bella. If the wind was about to get too strong they would try to guide us to stay under the shade. We booked the one bedroom Villa for 3 nights. We were so impressed by the design of the whole property and especially our villa. The landscape was amazing with the private pool. We tried their Spa it was good. Really enjoyed our stay at Island Escape and Highly recommend this hotel for couples due to its romantic and stunning atmosphere Thank you!!

We were a family of 8 and we took the 4 bedroom villa and it was great and clean.. Natty made our stay wonderful as she was super friendly and supportive.. We did an in villa BBQ, it was super nice and Natty arranged it for us 👌 I highly recommend the resort for family getaway..

We had a great time in Island escape resort. The resort so beautiful and quiet fot having a relaxing time. Our assistant Don welcomed us nicely. Don was so helpful and friendly, quick response back. Mada the SPA booking for us, we had to change the scheduling a few times. Even though Don was patient with us. Keep checking if we need anything. I had a massage with Ning, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. If you are going to island escape resort make sure to have Don as assistant and Ning for massage. Definitely coming back!!

As the hotel name suggests, it is hidden away on the island next to Phuket, benefiting from being just a 15-minute boat ride to the main island while remaining quiet. The villas are large, clean, and modern, with a tropical garden view. For us, the highlights were the two large pools, great cocktails, and happy hours. The overall friendly service—led by Mr. Bella and Natty (the villa manager)—was exceptional; they both introduced themselves and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, even including flower decorations for our anniversary. Getting around the property is easy in a buggy, unless you, like us, prefer to walk around and explore the space. Highly recommended if staying in Phuket.

Personally this was the best experience ever in thailand.. I visited couple of hotels but this one was awesome! The staff are very professional and helpful.. I also did late checkout and they were fine with it. I recommend this hotel for couples, families, and even if you want to come and experience something new.. It is called Island Escape experience, and you get to enjoy it!
