Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean and is very clean and comfortable. I returned to it because in my previous visit I was welcomed with kindness and great willingness by the manager at Reception this year I regrettably found no longer her to welcome me because she died a few days before my own I was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Available boiler with coffee choice and the replaced every day as every day I found two bottles of free water in the room. Washing available Hair Dry in the room. A very spacious bathroom with shower , set of courtesy available every day , such as towel change. Location in a quiet area just below Phuket Belvedere , 10 minutes walk from the stop by the buses that lead to the beaches of Patong or Kata and Karon. At the same time walking to the city centre ( descending to 2 light bulbs turn left. For buses ship for the beach always descending to 3 light bulbs always left ) So the Khao Rang Place is the best place to stay in Phuket Town . Excellent quality price ratio. Super recommended ! The hotel has recently opened. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town and it is ideal for people wanting to explore not only the old town but the rest of the island. This lovely old building has a long history dating back to the tin mining day and it has recently undergone a total renovation. The renovation has been carried out to an excellent standard and the staffs in typical Thai style are extremely helpful and attentive. In a town where car parking is as a premium this hotel provides unique parking facilities in so far as you can drive you car to a floor level immediately adjacent to your room. The rooms are well air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and as the hotel is located off the main street are totally quiet. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and the hotel even has a quite unique swimming pool. Overall we have had an excellent stay and I would sincerely recommend this hotel. Only stayed one night in Phuket but would have happily stayed longer in this hostel. Very clean, rooms with air con, fabulous lady on reception who was super friendly and helpful with booking a boat. Breakfast was basic but handy, there are cheap places around if you wanted a bigger breakfast. Brilliant location too. A short walk to Sunday walking market which is a must!!! Hostel was quiet when I stayed so not so much of a place for socialising but it has common areas with TV and bean bags, a fridge and basic kitchen area as well as washing machine!

We stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

Beautiful school in the old town Intend to choose to stay here because the classic, clean, convenient to walk around the old town. But the day of the stay, the rain, high floods are an urgent reason. The car cannot enter, have to go to another school on the web and the school. Full refund I am very impressed. Next time you have to book through Trip and definitely stay here.

The dormitory bed is large and there is also space to put small things around. The locker is a size that can be large backpack enough. The relaxing space is also on the 1 floor and 2 floor. It is in the center of Phuket Town, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is also free bread, cereal and drinks, microwave oven and refrigerator on the first floor.
