The room was great, the pool was spotless, the sea was incredibly blue, and the service was top-notch. The hotel's massage was really comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights and honestly, it was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm around.

Fantastic hotel! Highly recommend! The service is superb, and the location is an introvert's paradise. The food is delicious, and there are plenty of hotel activities. The guests are mainly European, so English communication is seamless. Love, love, love it! 💕

The hotel rooms offer good value for money compared to similar room types. The minimalist and modern design feels quite refreshing. The only downside is the beach, which was really bad – I stepped into a bunch of dark mud. Also, it's quite far from everything else.

Beautiful hotel, perfect for a staycation, excellent views. We stayed two nights and had no plans to leave the area, so the location wasn’t an issue. However, if you wanted to explore more of Phuket, this might not be the best area to stay in. The service was very thoughtful. We were well taken care of. Breakfast was great. You get to choose from a menu, so it’s made to order; everything I tried was good (pancakes, french toast, shakshuka, eggs). The buffet style options were alright but not amazing; appreciated the coconuts and wheatgrass juice.

The hotel is excellent and right by the sea. Unfortunately it rained during my stay but the atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet. However everything seems to come at an extra cost.

The hotel building feels grand and spacious. The rooms are crisp, clean, and filled with natural light. Breakfast was particularly lavish and of high quality. We also dined at the Italian restaurant in the evening, which was incredibly delicious and exquisitely prepared. The hotel features a private island nearby that's clean, uncrowded, and perfect for unwinding.

You can always trust Como! Having stayed at the Como in Bangkok, I decided I'd visit a Como wherever I traveled, and it turns out I was right again! The Como in Phuket is located in the Yamu area, quite a distance from the main tourist hubs of Karon, Kata, and Patong. This makes it incredibly quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway (Patong is just too noisy for my liking). Do note that it's highly recommended to have a car here, as there's almost nothing around the hotel except for a 7-Eleven (a 15-minute drive) and two restaurants. Getting to Karon, Kata, or Patong takes about an hour without traffic, and it's around 45 minutes to Central Festival or Phuket Town. As always, the hotel maintains its sophisticated aesthetic, exuding taste and understated elegance everywhere. The Italian designer has perfectly integrated Mediterranean blue into the hotel's design, adding vibrant colors to a back-to-basics approach. The distant view of Phang Nga Bay is absolutely stunning. In January, the sea breeze can still be quite strong, making it a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings. Dining at any Como is consistently good. Breakfast is à la carte with a small buffet. Quality is paramount, and with the Shambhala concept integrated, every ingredient is kept fresh. The service is also top-notch, with smiling staff who are incredibly attentive. Although there were mostly Western guests, I didn't experience any differential treatment as an Asian guest. On my first night, I was lucky enough to witness a lawn wedding and fireworks, which was a memorable experience ❤️ I chose a Phang Nga Pool Room facing the sea. Every day was spent lounging, sunbathing, swimming, gazing at the ocean, and enjoying the breeze – so comfortable I didn't want to leave. By the way, the showerhead that mimics a rainforest experience is absolutely fantastic! I'd love to come back again!

The hotel boasts breathtaking views. Although it's quite secluded and requires a bit of a drive to reach the bustling city center, its comfortable environment always helps to relieve the fatigue of a long day's sightseeing. The hotel's breakfast is semi-buffet, and the made-to-order dishes are all incredibly delicious.

This was our second hotel in Phuket for the holiday, nestled on a more secluded beachfront ridge, about a 30-minute drive from the pier. It's designed with distinct areas for standard rooms and villas, offering enhanced peace and privacy. Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively offered juice and cold towels. While the lobby itself is beautiful, there were quite a few mosquitoes, so it's best not to linger there for too long. The hotel's modern decor and design are evident in the bright lighting, well-appointed bathrooms, pool design, and overall amenities. From the sea-view suites, you can open the window to see the bay views. While not exactly breathtaking, they are certainly picturesque enough to enjoy, and the long balcony is perfect for taking photos. Both breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of options. The Thai food is a definite must-try; it's absolutely delicious. Compared to other hotels on the island, the prices are higher, and the service felt a bit less enthusiastic. However, enjoying this level of service at off-peak season rates still offers excellent value. The mattress was medium-firm, and while the air conditioning was a bit noisy, we still slept very well.

The hotel is great, more suitable for couples or honeymooners. Although the hotel is large, the beach isn't really playable; kids can't enjoy the sand or the sea. We were stuck in the room, which was a bit boring. The kids' play center was alright, neither good nor bad.

The hotel staff were very service-minded and the views were beautiful. However, the hotel's location is a bit too remote, and the surrounding area feels quite desolate. Phuket is a relatively large island, so getting around from here can be inconvenient.

Outstanding experience! The service was impeccable, and the views were breathtaking. I had emailed a month in advance, specifically requesting a room with an unobstructed view. So, I was quite disappointed to find the pool view still blocked by trees upon arrival. However, to my pleasant surprise, the wonderful lady at reception was incredibly helpful. She upgraded our room immediately, which perfectly resolved the issue. A big shout-out to Ctrip as well! Before my arrival, I noticed the room price had dropped, and they promptly refunded me the difference. This truly made for a perfect vacation!
