Hotel was great. Great location. Close to the beach just across the road. Staff were great. Great room.

We are a family with one child and one infant and we always book hotels with baby sitting and kids club services. This is the only hotel that actually has these services. We really really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. It was my second time I’m visiting Phuket and if I did it again, this hotel will be my first priority hotel.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STAFF IN THE ROOM WHEN WE WENT OUT AND CAME BACK TO THE RESORT WE NOTICED OUR JEWELLERY WAS STOLEN AND WHEN WE COMPLETED TO THE MANAGER THEY DIDN'T CARE AT ALL WE CALLED THE POLICE AND REPORTED BUT OUR VALUABLE JEWELLERY IS BEEN STOLEN. BE CAREFUL GUYS.

Great location and staff but tons of construction on the hotel. They were fixing everything throughout the day and some amendies were closed.

Great swimming pool with volleyball net, water slode a bit old and need some maintenance. There’s a pool table accessible by all. Breakfast choice was decent. A short walk to the Karon beach makes it great location though room amenities are sp****

My fav hotel it’s the best choice for baby / family hotel they also have a kid room and cinema and staff is so nice and helpful definitely come back

The hotel is lovely . They have 3 swimming pools. And my child love the kids activity room. So many things the play with. We had a great family time

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach but a little out of the way. Correct staff attention. The facilities are a little aged, it was noticeable in certain details. The pool is wonderful. In the room we had a problem with a clog in the toilet but we notified the reception and they solved it immediately.

We stayed at this hotel back when it was a Novotel chain. It has many two-room rooms, which is convenient for families with children and those who love comfort. For some reason, rooms with a children's bedroom are now (after being closed for two years due to the pandemic) on the second floor. In principle, the entire infrastructure is good, several swimming pools, European breakfast, bathrobes, slippers in the room, comfortable bed, European breakfast. Only the hotel is still being restored after opening, there are not enough beach towels, you have to wait for them to be brought from the laundry, then somewhere something breaks. At breakfast there is no normal coffee from the machine. Colored hot water cannot be called coffee. And it would be nice to return the traffic controller who helped cross the road to the sea. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff tried very hard to solve all problems. Cleaning is done daily, there were no complaints about it

The hotel facilities are too poor, I booked a family fun parent-child suite, I feel cheated and cheated. Dirty and messy balcony! suggest not to come

Not perfect yet. I called for cleaning at 2 o'clock, and they didn't come until 5 o'clock.
