It's such a wonderful hotel, with high standards. The location is on cliff But it's not difficult to travel.Delicious breakfast, drinks, coffee, and juice are all available. The room is spacious, divided into sections, and fully equipped with amenities. I like the view looking out from the balcony, seeing the panoramic sea, it's very beautiful. The This place is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle. Recharge and recharge your batteries for yourself and your family. Upon arrival, I read through all the reviews to manage my expectations. Our car arrived but no one to greet us/ help with suitcases- the petit lady at reception kindly helped out in the end. Smooth check in, no deposit required. View of my room was spectacular, loved every seconds of it. I would give this hotel a 3-4 stars rating of the room condition, amenities, and a very mediocre breakfast. It’s 1 star on the service. Moomix the short hair lady was the person who turned my experience of this hotel from 4 stars to 0 star. I asked for another set of take away utensils as I have a ferry to catch to phi phi island in early morning. She yelled and told me my husband already has 1 set. Then the next morning, I asked for take away boxes to pack a few fruits & pastries as we have morning flight to catch. She gave us some dirty boxes and utensils without any packages. She didn’t even bother to place a napkin under the utensils. She was loud, rude, and of course no apologies nor smile during the entire conversation. A huge dent to Phuket hospitality fame. Moomix should be fired and never return to hospitality again. Everyone else at the hotel was kind and helpful, we even tipped the guy who stood near the driveway to navigate the traffic, just because he was really friendly every-time we saw him. Do Not Recommend.

Nice hotel. Near to Kalim beach. We rented a Toyota. 35 minutes drive to old town and 15 minutes to Patong area.

Beautiful views from the hotel! Room was decent but the staff could be more attentive, as they gave us 2 less towels after the first day.  Could be more options for breakfast. However, overall it was still great and all staff were super friendly and attentive.

I had a wonderful stay at Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket. The ocean view from the room and pool was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the quality of the breakfast. A perfect place to unwind — I’d love to come back!

A great place for retreat with a marvellous oceanview

The place is just fantastic! Personnel is very helpful and polite, got my room changed even tho there was no problem I just wanted a little bit better view. View is the best in all Phuket, btw. Everything was very very good!

Good hotel and values for the price to pay

I must say that the first thing that catches your attention is the polite and respectful behavior of the staff. Then comes the beautiful view from the room along with its excellent jacuzzi. We stayed with our friends in separate rooms for several nights at this hotel, and we had no complaints whatsoever. Without a doubt, this hotel will be our choice again when visiting Phuket
