This is our second time staying at this hotel – we were here in 2023 and now again in July 2026. It's a good hotel, located on a hill, but that's not a problem at all. There are electric buggies constantly running; you can call them from the hotel entrance via security, at the reception, to any building, and back. They arrive lightning fast, so there are no issues with transportation.
All towels and bedding are perfectly clean. They are ready to provide additional services or necessary items upon request; for example, we asked for a sewing kit. The breakfasts are magnificent, catering to every taste, from Arabic to European cuisine, with meat, poultry, vegetables, and fruits. There was always watermelon, melons, pineapples, and other fruits. They make eggs any way you like them to order, as well as Chinese noodle soup.
Pools are cleaned, and samples are taken, but there's a build-up of lime scale on the edges. It would be good to clean it off if possible, but this is a common issue. There's a lot of greenery and space. The rooftop pools on the buildings offer great views, and there are separate children's and regular pools below. Overall, you can confidently go!
A shuttle runs to and from Surin Beach. It's also not a far walk, about 15 minutes through cafes and 7/11s. We even walked to Bang Tao Beach, which took about 30 minutes, but generally, we got around by taxi.
