stayed for a week in this hotel, we liked everything. We arrived at the hotel at night and they checked us in. The hotel boss is always in touch and helped with our questions, friendly staff, daily cleaning. The rooms are clean and nice. The location is good, there are all the shops and cafes with delicious and inexpensive breakfasts nearby. The beach is nearby, we walked to it. We recommend this hotel 🙏

Great host. Let me check in early because the room was available. Quiet area just a minute from the banzaan road. I would book again!

It's really a nice hotel and the room is so spacious....

The balcony door could not be closed and there were quite a few dead insects sticking to the ceiling. Besides this the cleanliness was surprisingly good. In total it's a good place to stay on a low budget and it's nice to have a small balcony.

Nice hotel... Big fridge, clean, have tv, Rm243 for 2 nights But no lift.. a bit far with attraction place

Really friendly staff . Owner is Chinese . Can keep your own food in the fridge in the room which is a good size . Clean . Good location . No complaints.

Hotel location was great , the staff were friendly. The only issue is that there’s no elevator so u gotta take the stairs and it’s not so convenient with your luggage but luckily there’s someone at the front desk to help you with that. Overall room is good shower good has a balcony room isn’t stuffy either. Good value for money.

The guesthouse is located 15 minutes from the sea and twenty minutes from the shopping center. The owner is friendly and lives with his family. We need to improve the cleaning of the rooms because in 7 days nothing was cleaned for us. Otherwise the hotel is not bad!

Great hotel for the money. Stayed for 1 night. For that kind of money in the peak season I would even say it's cheap.

We stayed in this hotel from January 25 to February 11, 2025. The location is very convenient. A Thai girl cleaned every day, changed towels, left two bottles of water. The room is like in the photo. The bed is comfortable, there is a balcony with a clothes hanger, a table and two chairs, a kettle, a hair dryer. There is a motorbike rental next to the hotel. We took it for 12 days for 170 baht, suddenly someone will need it. We lived in room A3. I do not recommend it, it is noisy. Noise from the road and music from the services.

Average hotel expected a little better, corresponds to the photo, the room has everything you need, the repairs have not been done for a long time, the walls are shabby (they cleaned every day, there is everything you need nearby, shops, cafes, bike rentals, currency exchange offices, it's a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach

Average hotel, justifies its 2 stars, but it was dirty, there were other people's black hairs in the room on the headboard of the bed 🥵 Hard mattress 🥵 you can hardly hear the noise from the street.
