Hotels in Nai Harn Beach, Phuket

The cleanliness of both the hotel and the pool area was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room. Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.

The room was very good. The place might not be easy to find, but it brought a quiet sleep. The lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese had a very good service attitude. We spent a long time communicating with a guy who didn't speak English very well. He wanted to check in early but he didn't understand. Later, the lady who spoke Chinese ran up the stairs to apologize to us in person. Full marks for service attitude

What can I say.. if I can give a higher rating I would definitely give but unfortunately there is a limit. From the moment you step foot into the hotel's vehicle dropoff, friendly bellhops assist you with unloading your luggages as they usher you to the front desk with a smile. Then, the counter staff brings forward a cup of (local specialty?) tea and a fragrant towel to help you freshen up. After which, you are escorted to your room with introductions of every restaurant and facility it has to offer. As you walk towards your room, you are greeted with smiles upon smiles from every staff working there. The checking-in experience has been truly welcoming! Room is extremely spacious and beautiful with a beautiful view on the Nai Han Beach from the balcony. There's also a little clipboard filled with a plethora of information ranging from menus of in-house restaurants to interesting activities to do around the area. Breakfast is very delicious (especially the eggs imo!) and definitely helps one to start the day right. The food of the restaurant continues to remain delectable throughout the day while retaining it's high quality. There's also a bar on the second floor where a lady sings classics and old jazz tunes which is what I really enjoy! For outdoor enthusiasts, you can hike from The Nai Harn to Cape Krathing, Black Rock View Point and/or Promthep Cape. Otherwise, the hotel serves as a good rallying point for trips to those beautiful places. Overall, The Nai Harn is an incredibly welcoming hotel with very friendly staffs that also serves incredible food which is also situated next to one of the cleanest beach in Phuket. What's there not to like?

Fantastic location in the heart of Rawai. Staff were very professional, friendly, polite & helpful with very good English. Rooms were very new & nice and beds large and very comfortable. Lovely strong showers. Only thing I couldn’t understand is why they had the Television screen not facing the bed? Plenty of good parking spaces & a decent enough gym. Very comfortable and pleasant stay; thank you.

Good for a family place to stay long term as there is a spacious gym , infinity pool on the roof for adults, children’s pools with little slides and a restaurant, the staff are friendly and offer a motorbike and car rental service… The room is very big and has lots of storage and a safe to leave belongings, there is cutlery and cooking utensils and a stove so you can make food if you would like to instead of going out…

The hotel is not bad in principle, it is conveniently located, there is parking, and the pool is excellent. But the room smells very damp, I asked to change the room, but in the other room it’s the same, the hotel is completely damp!

If you want a quiet place in Phuket, and with a real friendly staff? I would like to recommend this facility. (We were lucky with the other guests, the day that we left a full loud Chinese family got in, so we escaped that.) The pool is lovely. The breakfast is fine. Dont expect greatness then you are fine. The room we had was spacious, with a good quality mattress. We had requested separate beds. House keeping did a good job. And if you want to see more, go and hire a scooter through the hotel. Good prices by a wonderful hardworking woman who has good new scooters. We had a good time travelling. Be careful with the police. We also did our laundry on walking distance, to the right of Todds supermarket. There are 3 ladies working hard from their garden whose washing powder fragrance my wife loves. Just an extra tip..

I will definitely return to this hotel, it’s great value for money.. the pool is really nice and long so great for a good swim. The rooms are large and well laid out with a big comfortable bed and the bathroom has a shower and a separate bath.. refrigerator in the room, and lock up safe.. worth the extra to get a pool access room as it’s a nice start to the day and encourages the exercise more. Friendly staff, motorbike rental available at reception at competitive rates and a decent size car park.. felt very safe and quiet at night.. happy to recommend this place in the heart of Rawai

Great apartments ❤️ cleaning EVERY day (change of bed linen, towels, 2 bottles of water, toilet paper), also there is shower gel and shampoo, soap 🔥 wonderful shower with good pressure, almost like at home 🤗👍🏻 the trick of the electrics in the room is that when you leave and take the key with you, the air conditioner works 👍🏻 very nice and friendly staff ❤️ the location of the apartments is excellent, 15 minutes to the beach on foot, not far from the beach there is a shower and a free toilet 🔥 The soundproofing of the room is GOOD, given that our room overlooked the road! There was a bar nearby, but nothing was heard! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 only the birds made themselves known, but it's even cute😍 All the equipment in the kitchen works, the dishes are excellent👍🏻 A minute's walk from 7/11🔥😈 In a word, we really liked the stay, we will come back here more than once❤️☀️ Thank you very much to the staff ❤️❤️❤️
