Hotels in Nai Yang / Nai Ton Beach, Phuket

I highly, highly recommend this hotel! It's a 3-minute walk to the sea with a pristine beach. There are fruit stands, a pharmacy, places to eat, and plenty of massage spots nearby. The area is quiet with hardly any traffic, perfect for anyone who values comfort, tranquility, and delicious food. They even provide flip-flops and a beach bag! I'll definitely be back here.

I regret not staying an extra night! We first stayed 3 nights near Kata, then two nights at Pullman, which wasn't enough. There was too little time to just relax, and with so many fun places in Phuket, it was hard to stay put. The hotel breakfast was amazing – we'd sit from 8 AM till 11 AM, and the view was absolutely stunning. The beach was uncrowded, perfect for lounging. It's also super close to the airport, only about a 10-15 minute drive, and the hotel's shuttle service was quick and commendable. What's also worth mentioning is that the hotel is right next to the Thai Elephant Home, so we didn't have to join a tour and waste time with detours or picking up other guests – we were the last stop, haha! The whole experience was excellent.

We stayed for one night in July. The sea was wavy, so swimming wasn't an option. We didn't use the pool, but people seemed to be enjoying themselves there. The hotel grounds are small, located next to the beach, Tops supermarket, and various restaurants. At the highly-advertised Kiri, we were served a 'melon with mozzarella' salad that was missing the cheese, and I got a stomach ache after eating the fried chicken. Regarding the hotel itself: it's new and everything is clean. The reception staff were pleasant and attentive, allowing us to check in an hour early 🙏 and fulfilling all our booking requests. There's a 3000 baht deposit. Our room was on the fifth floor, which was important to me as I prefer higher floors. However, you can't really sit on the balcony because the outdoor air conditioning unit is located there. The room has toothbrushes but no soap. There's tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle, hairdryer, fridge, and TV. The mini-bar has beer, water, and other items for a fee. You can request an iron and ironing board for your room. The air conditioning works well and is quiet, with a portable remote. The beds are comfortable, and the bedding is new and clean. We didn't have face towels, but when we asked the housekeeper, they were brought immediately – you just need to ask. Breakfast wasn't particularly impressive, but you won't go hungry. There's no 'Breakfast' sign near the entrance to the dining area, and two female staff members at the entrance were just chatting among themselves, paying zero attention to guests. We went to reception to clarify and then returned to have breakfast. The egg station is outside the dining area and also not signposted. What was surprising, however, was the sign in English and specifically in Russian that read 'Do not take away' concerning food from the restaurant, and a fine – it felt a bit rude. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but definitely not five-star 🤷‍♀️

The hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing. I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself. I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that. BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like: 1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound. 2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not. 3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

Good experience, beach is right next to the hotel and the receptionist was so kind to help us get taxi early at 5 am in the morning . And there is a book section for someone who wants to read 🙌

I really liked the hotel; the staff were friendly. It's located right on a fantastic beach. The grounds are expansive, and every morning, you see many people diligently clearing fallen leaves. Despite a lot of tourists, the space is so well-distributed that it never feels crowded. The breakfast is delicious; while the variety isn't massive, there's always plenty to eat, and it's great that they have several live cooking stations where they prepare dishes just for you. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. The only downside is that the room decor is a bit dated.

Excellent, comfortable, cozy, and secluded villas for a relaxing holiday. They have their own private stretch of beach, rarely accessed by tourists, so it's almost always empty. Luxurious yet discreet service, with high-quality cleaning every day. Highly recommended!

Прекрасный номер в прекрасном комплексе. Новый, сухой, чистый, огромный балкон с ванной. Есть все необходимое для проживания, регулярная уборка. Бонусом всегда 2 бутылки воды. При необходимости собствннники очень оперативно реагируют на все просьбы, и открыты к диалогу. Рекомендую на 5+
