GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Burasari Phuket for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. We had booked two Elite Pool View rooms, and although we were initially assigned corner rooms with no real pool view, the staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, and promptly shifted us to proper pool-facing rooms without any hassle.
The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a large balcony featuring a cozy, bed-style sit-out overlooking the pool—perfect for relaxing with a drink or reading a book.
The staff throughout the hotel were consistently warm, helpful, and attentive, which really enhanced our stay. We also indulged in the hotel’s spa services, which were absolutely top-notch. Highly professional and incredibly relaxing—a definite highlight of our trip!
The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hearty and delicious options to suit all tastes. We also enjoyed drinks at the pool bar, which had an impressive collection of cocktails and a fun, tropical vibe. The food overall was excellent, both in taste and presentation.
One of the standout features of Burasari is its proximity to the beach—just a 2-minute walk! The hotel even provides a beach basket free of charge, thoughtfully packed with towels, slippers, a mat, and an umbrella—making your beach visit effortless and enjoyable. Another bonus: the complimentary minibar, restocked daily, which includes beers you can take to the beach.
All in all, Burasari offers a complete vacation experience—great location, amazing amenities, and truly hospitable service. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket!

GGuest UserThis was our second stay at the hotel, and we booked two pool access deluxe rooms. Before arrival, we requested two connecting rooms, and the hotel made the arrangements for us. The breakfast was nicely arranged; although the selection was not very large, the food tasted good and the environment was comfortable with air conditioning. The main pool was excellent for enjoying time with friends, and the pool bar’s half-price happy hour offer was a great deal. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, as we found insect droppings on the bed and had to ask the staff to change the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases immediately. Also, only two bottles of water were provided daily, which was quite insufficient—we hope the hotel can supply more complimentary bottled water.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our 4 day stay with kids. Almost all guests were with families with kids. Kids swimming pool, water slides, kids play area, games, activities, beach at a walking distance.
Room were simple, clean, low lights, bunk beds for kids. Welcoming staff all the time. Amazing horticulture at the pool side. Really enjoyed our 4 days stay.
Some issues:
* Cold water pressure was very low in the bathroom.
* A bit of smell in the room. (You may ask for air freshner)
* mosquitoes in the room (keep the doors closed and use mosquito coils provided in the room)
* please ask for a room with plantation at the front to have a privacy and everyone passing by may not directly see onto the room.

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

GGuest UserWe stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and it happened to be directly opposite Patong Night Market. I found the hotel's location to be absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself was also quite good. If you love a lively atmosphere, you'll adore this place, as everything you could want – food, drinks, and entertainment – is right at your doorstep. The beach is roughly a 15-minute walk away. Our two-day stay here was excellent. I'd highly recommend it for younger travelers; however, older guests might not appreciate the constant hustle and bustle right outside.

NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view.
The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.

AALESTAThe hotel is nice, secluded: there’s nothing much around it, which can be a good or a bad thing.
I loved the private sandy beach, now it’s high season, and yet there were maximum 10 people at a time. So it feels all for yourself.
I got upgraded and stayed in a little house with private pool and exit to the beach. Thanks for that.
BUT there were 3 things I didn’t like:
1. noise, I don’t know, probably air conditioning or pool cleaning machine of A NEIGHBOR HOUSE, not even mine. In my room the AC and the fridge were also loud, but I turned them off. Yet I could not turn off the neighbor’s ones. At night it was hard to sleep because of that sound.
2. the pool cleaning — mine didn’t have that. The water there is still , was not changes next day, and I am not sure if was changed before I arrived 🤷♀️ In the neighbor pool I can see the water is always floats and changes, in mine not.
3. Every time I bought something and wanted to pay with my card, I had to go to reception. Every meal, every cocktail. That was disturbing. It was my last day of my holiday and I was short on cash. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem to pay by card, I could do it. But every time I had to climb 7 staircases to do it.

MM530800****Pros: Beautiful, quiet, absolutely no noise. The cats are friendly, and you can go snorkeling at the nearby spot for free anytime. Compared to the other three hotels, it offers excellent value for money.
Cons: The return trip requires a 1.5-hour layover on Coral Island (first-timers can use the opportunity to explore, there's no forced consumption). You have to tip the crew upon disembarking from the boat. The overall boat experience felt like a domestic tour group. There's no beach for walking right next to the hotel; you need to go elsewhere.
Overall, it's not as bad as some reviews suggest. My family and I found the room to be perfectly fine. Ants are unavoidable (given the natural environment), and the shower pressure was normal with quick hot water. In summary, if you're not particularly bothered by the layover on Coral Island and enjoy snorkeling, I highly recommend this hotel. However, if you're traveling with elderly people or others who cannot snorkel, you might want to consider other options.

MMs. AMGIf you are looking for something that are far away from the city where you can chill in the beach, pool and not crowded of tourist then this is a gem find.
I love that they have their own beach access where you can swim, do kayak or just chill.
Room is amazing, view by the sea where you wake up with the beautiful sunrise, they have 1 resto all day price is reasonable and affordable.
You can also take advantage of the bus service to old town and robinson or book a car in the lobby.
Though the place is a bit old but the pool beach and room are very comfy and good price, service are really good and fast. I would highly recommed and would surely visit again.
It is a hidden gem away from so much crowd in Phuket.
