"This is our second year coming to Thailand for EDC, and I recommended this hotel to my friends. Everyone agreed it's great value for money! The location is perfect – just a few steps to the beach, and there are restaurants nearby open until the early hours. It's also a short walk to the shopping mall and Banzaan Market.
The staff are all lovely and always smiling.
However, why was the shower water so inconsistent this year? It was either freezing cold or scalding hot, making it impossible for women to wash their hair properly. I hope this can be improved next time."
