Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!

Nnovel oacExcellent new apartments near Rawai Beach. They have two floors, all the amenities, a huge TV, and a great bed. A two-minute walk takes you to the main street with shops and cafes. I highly recommend them. The only downside is that taxi drivers don't know the name. Look for Rawai Boutique Resort, the apartments are located right across the street from the entrance. I highly recommend them.

The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. The house is very beautiful and clean. The wood is antique. Before moving in, we will give you a thoughtful introduction. The swimming pool, billiard hall, and KTV are all available. You can see the sea level from the bedroom on the third floor. The green banana leaves around the house are great! It’s more like a home than a hotel. Thank you very much for Tom’s reception. It can be said that because of him, our trip to Phuket was very pleasant and I like Thai people very much🇹🇭! You can communicate with the butler if you have any matters or need help. Once we couldn’t get a car, the butler directly helped us to the place we wanted to go. There is no need to book for the pick-up and drop-off. Here will give you a more favorable price! We needed to wait nearby for rooms to become available at our favorite hotel, so we booked for a few days.
If I'd spent my entire vacation here, I would have been very upset.
There's a large construction site behind this complex, with all the ensuing consequences. The renovations are very strange. The kitchen is decent, but the plumbing is all cheap, and the water barely runs. The pool is small, although the photo shows a large one. There's no sunbathing area.
It's worth mentioning that this property isn't very expensive, so it might be ok for some people. But I didn't like it.

The location of the Villa seems to be remote, but if you have a motorcycle or a car rental, it is actually convenient, the environment is quiet and tidy, the place in the Villa is big enough, the master room can be directly connected to the swimming pool, the shower water is very sufficient, Equipment is everything, if you like cooking, all the tools are complete, personally like the Wi-Fi provided by Villa, because I have to work online every day, his Wi-Fi speed is very fast and smooth.
Speaking of the swimming pool, the swimming pool is very clean and clear, and the depth is enough. In fact, two to five people are very big enough. In fact, there is a convenience store nearby for about 3 minutes by car. It is also very close to the beach. I personally feel that the whole system is full. I hope to stay again soon. Thanks to the staff for their quick help and problem solving, and their attitude and service are also worthy of praise.

- The villa's pool only lets you catch the sun in the morning; it's too cool the rest of the time
- Two-thirds of the bedrooms have no door handles, and the bathroom doors are just full of holes
- At least one shower has a very poor drain; you're standing in water that never drains
- It's hard to get a taxi; few people want to go to this area
- When we checked out, they charged 1,000 baht from the deposit for a Coke-stained duvet cover, which I found incredibly expensive
- There was no cleaning at all. Only watering the plants

LLarilarrWe loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place.
The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air.
The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us.
The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean.
There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay.
The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location.
The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive.
The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.
