When I booked the hotel, I thought the photos looked good, but there was only one review, so I was a little nervous. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

The rooms were very comfortable, both spacious, and they even gave us an extra bed for free during the Spring Festival. The swimming pool was clean, and both adults and children could have a great time. The living room and kitchen were the most comfortable, super large; even five people didn't feel cramped. There were also three bathrooms, so there was no need to argue about using the toilet. The location was also excellent, very close to the popular The Pad Thai shop and Nok restaurant, both within a 10-minute walk. The beach was also conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of massage parlors, convenience stores, and rolled ice cream shops along the way. Highly recommended!

The location is okay. 5 minutes from Bang Tao. We needed to wait nearby for rooms to become available at our favorite hotel, so we booked for a few days. If I'd spent my entire vacation here, I would have been very upset. There's a large construction site behind this complex, with all the ensuing consequences. The renovations are very strange. The kitchen is decent, but the plumbing is all cheap, and the water barely runs. The pool is small, although the photo shows a large one. There's no sunbathing area. It's worth mentioning that this property isn't very expensive, so it might be ok for some people. But I didn't like it.

Мы были компанией из 6 человек, вилла просто невероятная, чистая, ухоженная, ровно такая же как на фото в описании, бассейн на фото выглядит меньше, в действительности он больше, мы в 6 спокойно купались и всем хватало места. Кровати большие и удобные, есть стиральная машинка с сушкой, гладильная доска с утюгом, вся необходимая посуда, телевизоры, оборудованные русскими приложениями, можно и фильм посмотреть и караоке попеть. Дом шумоизолирован. Арендодатель невероятный человек, на все мои просьбы отзывались в кратчайшие сроки, сервис просто невероятный, территория охраняется, есть парковка. Расположение супер, 6 минут до 7/11, 15 минут до моря пешком, свободным шагом. Пляж шикарный, мало людей. Невероятно отдохнули в этом месте, советую от души🫶🏻 Мы обязательно вернемся, за свои деньги вилла оправдывает каждый рубль! 🩷

The location of the Villa seems to be remote, but if you have a motorcycle or a car rental, it is actually convenient, the environment is quiet and tidy, the place in the Villa is big enough, the master room can be directly connected to the swimming pool, the shower water is very sufficient, Equipment is everything, if you like cooking, all the tools are complete, personally like the Wi-Fi provided by Villa, because I have to work online every day, his Wi-Fi speed is very fast and smooth. Speaking of the swimming pool, the swimming pool is very clean and clear, and the depth is enough. In fact, two to five people are very big enough. In fact, there is a convenience store nearby for about 3 minutes by car. It is also very close to the beach. I personally feel that the whole system is full. I hope to stay again soon. Thanks to the staff for their quick help and problem solving, and their attitude and service are also worthy of praise.

We took a spontaneous trip with the kids, without high expectations, just looking to escape the cold winter. But this villa turned out to be a huge surprise! The room had absolutely everything we needed, and there's even one of Thailand's top three viral restaurants within the complex. The best part is that since we were traveling with kids and it was a bit inconvenient, they provided all sorts of room services for us. The evenings here were lovely; my kids, who grew up in a big city, had never seen such a clear starry sky. We had a dreamlike villa experience. The owner is Chinese and, knowing we had a late flight back home with the kids, even extended our check-out time for free. Overall, the experience was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Next time, I'm bringing my grandparents to stay in their four-bedroom villa; that layout has a super large pool and enough space for four families.

We loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place. The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air. The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us. The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean. There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay. The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location. The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive. The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.
