Holiday Villa Rentals in Phuket

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. The villa was spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private pool that the children loved. Beautiful views and lush greenery all around made it a peaceful place to relax, with the beach within walking distance. The charming café opposite served delicious breakfasts—a lovely extra! We would happily come back.

I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

I just stayed at this villa, and it was awesome! The living room and the master bedroom are huge and feels both cozy and luxurious at the same time. Plus, it’s super close to the mall, restaurants, 7-11, and all the good stuff. I felt really safe with the security guard around at night. I had such a great time that I’m definitely coming back!

В целом нам очень понравилось 🙌 Вилла уютная, уединённая — прям идеальный вариант для спокойного отдыха. Мы жили на вилле №32, всё было чисто, аккуратно, приятно находиться. Очень понравилось ощущение приватности — никто не мешает, тихо и комфортно. Но есть нюансы, о которых лучше знать заранее. Вилла находится в жилом районе, поэтому после 22:00 нужно соблюдать тишину. Курить внутри нельзя (штраф 5000 бат)- это прописывается в договоре, перед заселением. Электричество оплачивается отдельно (8 бат за кВт), и если активно пользоваться кондиционерами, может выйти заметная сумма. Также могут взять доплату (от 1000 бат), если, например, оставить сильный беспорядок, потерять ключи или что-то повредить. У нас не было доплат, весь мусор мы сложили в пакеты. И самый важный момент — локация на Trip.com указана неправильно. На самом деле это KA Villa Rawai, юг острова. Лучше это уточнять заранее. В остальном — классное место для спокойного отдыха, мы остались довольны 💛

Exceeded expectations! Located in an upscale villa area, the house design is modern, the property is well-maintained, and the space, facilities, and cleanliness are excellent. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim anytime. The landlord's sister runs a popular restaurant in the same complex, offering high-quality food and Instagrammable spots. The service was warm and attentive; the landlord's sister even kept track of our late arrival time and pre-arranged our food order. The staff stayed late for us, which we deeply appreciated! After three days, the kids didn't want to leave. It's a 15-minute drive to Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach, both of which are excellent. Surin Beach is highly recommended for its finer sand, and the overall environment is much quieter compared to Karon and Kata beaches. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Мы были компанией из 6 человек, вилла просто невероятная, чистая, ухоженная, ровно такая же как на фото в описании, бассейн на фото выглядит меньше, в действительности он больше, мы в 6 спокойно купались и всем хватало места. Кровати большие и удобные, есть стиральная машинка с сушкой, гладильная доска с утюгом, вся необходимая посуда, телевизоры, оборудованные русскими приложениями, можно и фильм посмотреть и караоке попеть. Дом шумоизолирован. Арендодатель невероятный человек, на все мои просьбы отзывались в кратчайшие сроки, сервис просто невероятный, территория охраняется, есть парковка. Расположение супер, 6 минут до 7/11, 15 минут до моря пешком, свободным шагом. Пляж шикарный, мало людей. Невероятно отдохнули в этом месте, советую от души🫶🏻 Мы обязательно вернемся, за свои деньги вилла оправдывает каждый рубль! 🩷

Every time I stay here, I'm impressed. The service is excellent! I love the privacy; it's incredibly quiet at night, perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. The individual bungalows feel just like staying at home. During the day, you can go out and explore, and at night, you return to rest. It's close to the sea, Bang Tao Lagoon, and also near Makro and Lotus's, so there's plenty of food options. You'll need a motorbike or to call a Grab, which is very convenient as they'll pick you up and drop you off right at the accommodation. We stayed here while waiting for our flight. We'll definitely be back next time! Oh, and that multi-story building I saw? It's a luxurious pool villa project, with one villa nearly costing 100 million baht! I was amazed – and they've already sold out! The real estate here is incredibly interesting.

Our flight to Phuket was delayed, and instead of landing at 9:30 PM, we landed at 1:30 AM. Despite the late hour, we checked in quickly and comfortably because we had notified the hosts via text message, and they took care of everything, for which we are very grateful. We vacationed during the off-season, and the entire village was almost deserted except for the gatekeeper and the occasional vacationer, giving us complete privacy and peace. The villa isn't new or modern, and a renovation would have been beneficial. However, we were very pleased with the ample green space, convenient parking, the quiet surroundings despite the local road immediately behind the house, and the ample amenities. The area is surrounded by lush mountains, providing protection from the winds, and its elevated location protects it from potential flooding. The cleaning was adequate and high-quality for us – when the staff found us at the villa, it was more important to us that no one entered without us. We liked the linens and beds, but we didn't use the sofa. The pool lighting and cleaning pump aren't user-controlled, but we've gotten used to it. Unfortunately, the photos were taken at night upon arrival, so they're not very high quality. We rented a car, so the issue of being in walking distance of shops, beaches, and entertainment was resolved. When our vacation ended, renovations began on the neighboring villa, which gives us hope that they'll also be working on this one, and it will be even more enjoyable to return next year.
