I had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

The location is okay. 5 minutes from Bang Tao. We needed to wait nearby for rooms to become available at our favorite hotel, so we booked for a few days. If I'd spent my entire vacation here, I would have been very upset. There's a large construction site behind this complex, with all the ensuing consequences. The renovations are very strange. The kitchen is decent, but the plumbing is all cheap, and the water barely runs. The pool is small, although the photo shows a large one. There's no sunbathing area. It's worth mentioning that this property isn't very expensive, so it might be ok for some people. But I didn't like it.

Spacious villa with impressive hospitality. The location in Bang Tao was almost a 10-minute walk to everything we needed. Place is super nice and clean -we had housekeeping checking everyday if the villa needed to be cleaned along with pool servicing-. Overall, a highly positive experience!

I two people stayed in a two-bedroom Villa, four days and three nights, Villa location seems a bit remote, but if you have a motorcycle or rent a car is actually very convenient, quiet and clean environment, Villa is large enough, the master bedroom in addition to large enough but also directly to the swimming pool, shower water is very sufficient, equipment. When it comes to the pool, the pool is very clean with clear water and enough depth, in fact, two to five people is very big enough. In fact, there is a 7-11 convenience store nearby about 3 minutes drive, and it is also very close to the beach, which I personally think is full marks overall and I hope to stay again soon. Thanks to the staff for their quick help and problem solving, the attitude and service was commendable.

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays. It's quiet, cozy, and clean, with a friendly, pleasant staff. It's a great, comfortable place if you're looking for peace and quiet. However, the service could be better; they didn't clean our room once in 10 days.
