Loved my stay here! The place is newly renovated inside a heritage house, located right in the heart of Phuket Town — super convenient and just a short walk to Phuket Old Town and the weekend walking street. The space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept on — you can really feel the premium-quality mattress (unlike many other Airbnbs I’ve stayed in!). Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Phuket.

I think the floor cleanliness could be improved; I stepped on something dirty. The bedside lamp is in a really odd position, it shines on the bottom bunk when turned on, and things easily fall off it.

The staff were very considerate, confirming my check-in time beforehand. Because my flight arrived late, I opted for self-check-in that day, leaving my form and key at the counter. Phuket Old Town is within walking distance. Entry and exit require a password and removing shoes. If I had to suggest something that could be improved, I'd recommend adding more information and notes to the self-check-in form, such as mentioning that water is available in the kitchen. That would be much more helpful. Because it was late that night, I assumed there wouldn't be any water provided, and that the refrigerator next to the counter was locked and required payment. However, I inquired with the staff the next morning and found it wasn't a major issue.

The accommodation is quite convenient for traveling. The accommodation is clean, the service is good, the check-in and check-out procedures are easy and fast.

• This is the 2nd time to stay here, but the 1st time in a private room 11sqm. with 1 queen bed, 1 chair and a dress table. • I stay 2nights. 1 night enjoy with ”The Ladyai Night Market”. Good location in night market road. • Staff friendly, fully service-minded. • #But I have 2 things recommend if they can change it to be more professional. • Room cannot keep noise, and if someone cannot sleep with noice area, I do not recommend. • Rest room, shower room (already asked staff), they used mixed, Men or Women. They have 2-3floor. Better separate Men and Women. • Such as Floor 2 for Women, Floor 3 for Men. • # Maybe this is the normal style for old style hostel. • I'm a business owner and stay in many 3-6 stars hotel from other countries such as Germany, Switzerland, the UAE and Asia, but hostels only here, because I need to know this type of business in a regular city in Phuket town. • #By the way strong point of this hotel. • Room clean, the staff are friendly, and they always keep smiling and have nice communication with friendly talk.

This hotel is hugely cheap. Because I want to stay for one night, I will go to the beach the next day. I am not very prepared before I come. After the result arrived, I found that this price is really cost-effective to live in such a room.

Good area you can find food nearby and the place is quiet and super clean the personality is very nice quiet even stay in next to the road 👍👍👍

The location was on poinr unfortunately thay don’t have the minibar frige.The room is clean but room a little small.

The staff are lovely and provide advice when there are problems.

The room was taken for one night. The criteria for choosing is the proximity of the bus station for early departure. Not at a distance-minute five- there is 7-11 and local cafes. A great hotel pool. Rooms are clean and gentle, with modern design. I recommend.
