Great place to stay, pool was really nice, room was huge and spotless, Staff were very welcoming and friendly if you are looking for access to beaches go elsewhere. Outstanding value for money. Lots of street food near by and the hotel restaurant was very good, its also a 3 minute stroll from a huge Big C supermarket. Would definitely stay again. The bed was a bit on the hard side but as I was using the hotel to get over jet lag for a couple of nights it was not really an issue, so nothing bad to say

It's very beautiful. There are movie rooms such as coffee and range, and the interior is fashionable and polite. Cleaning is also well done. The shower is not a machine that becomes hot water, but the hot water is separated from the place where the water comes out properly, so you can adjust the heat by yourself. Of course, the water pressure is the best. There is a curtain in the shower room, so the clothes and towels that are hung are not wet. There are cotton and cotton swabs in the bathroom, and sanitary bags in the toilet. The bath towel was thick and large, and the water was placed in one service. I am very satisfied with the cheap inn. I want to stay again.

Great value. 2kms away from central festival and only 15 mins away by car to Rassada Pier. Smoking was allowed on the balcony. It needs a little refurbishment, the toilet seat and the water heater were a bit outdated but still usable. There is also a rooftop pool. The fridge is big but there is no coffee tea amenities. Hot water and coffee cups are provided next to the lobby and just outside is local food that sells salapao for breakfast.

Stayed in the hotel only as I am leaving very early tomorrow to Khao Lak. Its a good pitstop hotel probably not for long term. The location is not exactly on a prime location. Its in the middle of a road with nothing much happening around. You need to travel 10 minutes by car to get to anything worth mentioning. Other than that the price is very spot on. Less than $20 I paid for a triple room, couldnt really complain much. Room is clean but the age of the room is already showing. Bathroom for instance is mouldy. AC is very loud. But you get past it for the price you pay. Recommended for short stay, not for long term. There's parking with security, which was a plus.

Overall we were satisfied our stay in B2 even there is no sound prove which I can clearly heard people talking next room. Well you pay what you get. PS. The lady in check in counter was very polite and efficient. Thanks!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement. The boutique hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, offering a tranquil a**osphere that provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression. However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection. Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

Don’t hesitate. Good people. Great welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to phuket town but not the middle of it. Everything one may need for is around also.

Hotel for relaxation. Small, compact, but very cozy hotel. Very green and lovingly furnished. The rooms are comfortable. The bed is comfortable, about 2 meters with two blankets. The pillows are ok. The bed linen is white and clean. There are two robes, but no hand towel. Pleasant and fragrant hand gel, shampoo and body gel. There is a safe and an umbrella. We lived on the 2nd floor with access to the pool from the room. The balcony has a built-in drying area, a table and two chairs. The pools were cleaned in front of us. There are 2 canoes. It was fun to swim on them. The pool is open until 21.30, but one day people swam until 12 at night (no one kicked out). Breakfast is average, but it was enough for us. During the day you can eat in the restaurant (I enclose the menu).

To be honest I am sad that I can’t put 5*stars for this hotel, but everything being “out of order” I can’t do it. I am not very sure why the owners have decided to open this hotel before everything is finished, because it just gives a costumer a very confusing experience. When we arrived we were told that the sauna is out of order, breakfast room is not finished, there is no poolside bar..basically a lot of things what are not finished, but when we booked it didn’t say in anywhere and was advertised as something that’s already there. When you arrive in a hotel and first thing you get is a row of bad news it makes you very disappointed. They told us that they will upgrade us in a better room, but actually the room they offered us was definitely NOT an upgrade. It had a smaller bed than the room before and there was no sitting area anymore. They were saying this is a more expensive room because it is one floor higher and has a view to the pool(!?) We told them that there is not even a couch anymore how can this be an upgrade? But they didn’t really understand what is our problem so they made us feel very stupid and we asked our previous room back, because that one was way better. They told us that pool view rooms don’t have couches in them, but later we saw that they did. But for sure we can say if you are thinking of booking and don’t care about the view then a superior mountain view room is better than the superior high floor room! In high floor pool view room you just have a hard bench and a queen bed instead of the king. They promised to make it all up to us ,but in the end they just ignored this situation and we were left in this “feeling stupid” situation. The other thing that happened with us a lot and we saw it also happening with others was that the keycard just stops working or doesn’t work from the beginning so you have to go to the reception a lot. Poolside bar and breakfast are they are still building,but what I saw they are probably going to be very nice. Sauna worked only one night and even then we didn’t have any lights inside and had to stay in a dark sauna what is not a problem , but still not a good sign..as the next day sauna was not working and in the end it went only until 40 degrees. Very disappointing. But the bed was truly amazing and absolutely new - definitely recommended! The gym was very good with a very good equipment, so definitely pack your running shoes. Maybe in the future it would be nice if there would be some water available in the gym. The swimming pool was very good, but sadly they didn’t have different towels for the pool (probably also something to add in the future!) Also the mirror in the room is in a very dark spot and you should definitely add some lights there. I think as a new and just opened place you should try to provide a better service, but I see if all the “mistakes” are fixed how it is going to be a very comfy place for a relaxing stay.
