The room with the thick toilet and there were no rooms to change there were dirty clothes from other customers in the room and there was no maintenance staff to fix the bathroom

The only thing needing attention would be some minor repairs and the room floors were not cleaned at all very dirty and needed to wear shoes or youe feet would be black on bottom from dirt

Joy and Ashley were the best, excellent customer service much appreciation for Joy telling me about the Mi Carreta restaurant I had a great time there good food atmosphere was awesome and Ashley because I forgot of all things my phone charger for which Ashley happily let me borrow for my stay that was a life server. Great job ladies I would definitely stay there again.

Staff and manager were extremely rude. Sheets smelled like BO. My toilet flooded the room at 7am and they told me no maintenance would be there until 9 and there were no other rooms available. When I asked for a rate adjustment they told me no.

The staff is polite and kind and it shows in all the people staying here, because everyone is courteous and friendly. The young man , Pranil Patel, though young in years was professional, and very kind. He made me feel very comfortable. They have excellent coffee for guests and free breakfast every morning.

The area is a bit hard to find, and seems like the hotel is in the middle of residential homes. But the entire room is brand new and well done. The first thing i noticed when i walked in after an exhausting travel day, was the smell of clean

Noisy motorcycles in the middle of the night, coming and going. Police activity (?) nearby, sirens and plane flying around. all before 3 a.m.
