This is my first time in Pingyao Ancient Town. I searched for Pingyuan Mansion on Ctrip. I was pleasantly surprised. The butler-style service is considerate and thoughtful. From phone reservations to pick-up and drop-off at the station, I felt professional, comprehensive and well-trained service. The courtyard-style building is antique, with modern and trendy brand appliances. There are fruits every day, and there are souvenirs when you leave. The service is comparable to or even exceeds that of star-rated hotels. The breakfast tastes high-end, exquisite and delicious. The manager and the waiter are elegant, enthusiastic and polite, and the taxi call is thoughtful and orderly. The chartered driver Xiao Zhang is patient and dedicated, and also helped us introduce the local customs in detail, which benefited us a lot. This is an unforgettable and wonderful trip.

The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. From the driver who took us into the ancient city to the staff who helped us with our luggage, their meticulous service made us feel the warmth of home from the moment we stepped into the hotel. The hotel has complete facilities and care for guests everywhere. Not only fresh fruits are provided, but the rooms are also equipped with Evian mineral water and various snacks. The most surprising thing is that all of this is free of charge. When you are tired from traveling, enjoy everything the hotel has to offer and the fatigue will disappear instantly. In short, Pingyuan Gongfu is a treasure hotel that cannot be missed and is highly recommended to every tourist visiting Pingyao!

The service was superb. They arranged a car to pick us up from the station, which was very considerate. The room was also very clean. We were upgraded to a cave room for free, which was very unique. Fruits were given and the breakfast was very rich. If you have time in the afternoon, you can go to the rooftop to drink tea. The lady who makes tea is also very good. The hotel front desk can arrange a tour guide to explain the attractions, and can also arrange a car so you don't have to walk. It's great and I look forward to going there again next time. I also like its room card very much, I feel it is comparable to cultural and creative products👍

After twelve years, I came to Pingyao again and recalled many memories of that time. The accommodation and service of this B&B are great. I specially booked a room with a bathtub and made full preparations for the 20,000 steps a day. I was not disappointed. The water pressure in the room is very good. The multi-level design and small terrace are very nice. The nine-square breakfast has a full range of styles, as well as porridge and freshly cooked noodles. If you don't have enough dishes, you can fill them up. It is a very comfortable travel experience. The store also provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very suitable for lazy people who don't use their brains to travel. I will choose this store next time I come to Pingyao~
