ESPECTACULAR. Hotel hermoso, dentro de la muralla, limpio, ordenado, habitaciones grandes con todo detalle. No saben inglés pero se esfuerzan en entenderte. Tienen un restaurante dentro del hotel con comida riquísima. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular. Nos acomodaron en otra habitación de categoría superior sin coste alguno.

I have mixed feeling about this inn. The reason I booked this place is because of high rating and its location in the old town. The service is really good. The reception lady come meet us and guided us to the Inn. There are shuttle bus take you from certain appointed gate to their inn, however we waited more than 30mins for this service where I have expressed my complaint. The front desk lady has redeemed herself by offered me a room upgrade, which is very nice. One thing I would like to point out is, there are lots of steps up down the courtyard due to the historical nature of the building style, it’s not easy to lift large suitcases. Then there is photography service which last till 10:30 to 11, would suggest you book a quite inner court room. Apart from these, I am happy with the service and it’s a beautiful inn.

Amazing hotel! Exactly as it looks in the pictures and even better! The hotel is conveniently located in the ancient city, very centrally. Everyone tried to make us feel comfortable! Only minus is the breakfast, which didn't have options for western travelers. Other than that we really loved it! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. New and comfortable. The accomodation is in ancient traditional style. The hotel is conveniently located in the main street of the ancient city, yet it was very quiet inside. The services are superb. The staff went extra miles to make guests feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, facing South Street and very close to Yingxi Gate. The inn is responsible for picking up and dropping off at the city gate. There is also a guy who helps with luggage. It is highly praised. The hotel environment is good, with a unique courtyard. The interior is clean and tidy, the facilities are new, the mattress is very comfortable, and it is very quiet.
