Good for the price. Recommend if you are on a budget.
The location is just outside of the city wall, but it's a very walkable distance. Really quiet at night. Spacious room. Good staff. Shared bathroom but we were the only ones staying in the entire property. The shower pressure was low, probably needed to be fixed.

Nice place, close to the North Gate of the old city, close to the train station.
The room was big, quiet, warm with a good wifi.
You don't have towels or slippers, but it's clean, with a good bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good common areas, comfy bed with power outlet, good-sized locker, excellent location (very close to Pingyao Ancient Town and within walking distance of train station), clean and well-maintained. Would definitely return.

The two bosses are very welcoming and kind-hearted. The room is very clean and the quilt covers are all made of pure cotton. It feels like home. Many people stayed here but they left in a hurry. I will stay in this youth hostel again when I come to Pingyao to have fun next time. The location is easy to find.
