SEL Lodge Hotel y Spa

We are going well, it has been a pleasant place, good breakfast, good service, restaurant with a variety to choose from, it's a shame that I couldn't shower well, either it comes out freezing or the water comes out boiling

The hotel is beautiful, clean, super pleasant environment. Our only point is that when we arrived, there was a large group staying and therefore, it seems that the priority was the group. Our coffee was served in the room (which was no problem at all), but the reception and restaurant only open until 8 or 9 pm, remaining after that time, with no people available for service. The group on the first night was partying with loud music in the pool until 1 am, and we had no one to complain to, no one responded to the hotel's WhatsApp (despite being online). The next day I complained to reception and the incident did not happen the following night. Another point is that they inform you that you cannot consume anything from outside, however with the reception and restaurants closed, there is no way to order even one water. This is the point for improvement, but the location, rooms, cleanliness are a 10.

The attention of all the staff is outstanding, especially the restaurant staff. The suite room is very comfortable and pleasant, we miss that there was no coffee, tea or complimentary water and there is no minibar either. But the pleasantness of the place, its tranquility and surroundings make up for it.

The place is nice and pleasant, but the garden is somewhat ugly, especially around the pool
