Apartamentos Llevant

We booked this apartment only a few days before we traveled to PP, it was a last minute decision to take a quick 5 night break and after 30 years of visits to PP we know the area really well but had never stayed here before. We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Sophia and after a quick check in were shown to apartment 3 which is on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The apartment was clean and tidy, the bathroom was clearly brand new with a huge shower that worked brilliantly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. Location wise they are great, 2 mins from Pine Walk and 5 from the square. Pool was clean and sunbeds were plentiful. We had a late flight home so asked if we could leave our cases in reception, as it was low season they did not need our room back that day so very kindly gave us our key back and said please use the apartment until you need to leave and then just drop us the key. No charge, no fuss just good customer service. Was it luxurious and plush no, but it was very clean, very comfortable and the owners could not have been more friendly and helpful - would we stay again - absolutely.

We have stayed at the llevant apartments 4 times now, but we hadn't been for a few years. Sonia and Sebastian are still extremely helpful as always. They have made some great improvements to the apartments, new walk in showers, new windows and doors, new beds and l'm sure there is more to come. We had a great time the apartments are so well placed to make the most of Puerto Pollensa. We would like to thank them both for helping us on our last day as we were not being picked until 9pm. We feel they went above and beyond so that we could enjoy our last day. Don't hesitate to book these apartments l'm sure you will not regret it.

The owners were excellent, the location of the property was superb, close to the beach and all amenities, the apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. The pool area was spacious with loads of sunbeds. The whole property was spotlessly clean.

The Super host Sonia and Sebastian were extremely helpful. Property in Pollensa was superb and just what me and family wanted. It's in the heart of everything but very private and quiet. The property was comfortable and spacious, and the pool was a lovely addition. We'll definitely be staying there again 😊Thank you

Great location and in a peaceful area. Close to everything you need. A short walk to the beach and the square. The hosts were lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely apartment air conditioning included, lovely little pool, great location for the port. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble.

Clean apartment with everything that you need for a 7-night stay.

Owners friendly but no one to meet us when arrived had to ring them to find out where keys were 3/4 of the party are in late 50's we were on top floor which was a haul up the stairs with our cases the room was lovely and clean but fairly small not big enough for 4 adults to share in my opinion had 1 bed room and a sofa and a sofa bed the sofa broke when we told Sebastian he didn't even ask if person was ok just said I will fix it which he did straight away.the cleaner came in once all week and only changed the towels and emptied the bins no clean bedding even though it was hot and sweaty the swimming pool was on little side the kitchen wasnt the best the hot rings took over an hour to cook bacon , bathroom was lovely but if on larger side the toilet was a squeeze chairs on patio are flimsy but you get what you pay for in a great location. Advert say there's a cafe on site but there isn't one .
