Hotels near Celetna Street in Prague

Nice apartments in convenient location. Very spacious and amenities were great for a short stay, including a kitchenette. The check in procedure was very complicated. And the instructions provided on the e booking confirmation did not state you need to do a pre-arrival check in. When arriving at the property were not able to check in because this had not been completed. No one answers the properties switch board telephone number after 5:00 pm and the line will automatically cut you off after a couple of minutes on hold. Also, was able to store luggage at one of their other properties when checking out. When arrived to do so, the receptionist said they cannot store our luggage. I told her that we have an email confirming that we can. Then she replied ” if you can, why are you asking?”. Very rude and unfriendly service. Great accommodation, but would not return due to the service.

The room is quite big and clean, with curtains by the bed, two types of bedside lamps, and all the tableware downstairs so you can cook for yourself. The public bathroom and toilet are not separate for each room. The advantage is that the space is large. There were not many people there during the statutory holidays in May, so I was lucky

The hotel is quite well located, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and soundproofing is quite good as well. A huge plus for a free storage room. The shower could have been cleaner.

The location of the Hotel Leon D'Oro is perfect as it is only a 2 minute walk to the old town square but even though it was so close, it was very quiet at night. The hotel is close to most of the main attractions and all within an easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They all appeared happy at their work and spoke perfect English. Our room was very spacious,spotlessly clean, bed was very comfortable and throughout our stay we didn't have to touch the settings on the air conditioning which was set perfectly and very quiet. Housekeeping was done every day to a high standard. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, both hot and cold and the food was of a high standard. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the breakfast room and plenty of space to move around. The hot breakfast menu was changed every day. The reception staff were most helpful and gave us good advice regarding local restaurants and attractions which proved very useful. This is a hotel we would definitely return to if we decide to come back to Prague which is a high possibility. This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

It has the charm of an old house, and the room has modern decoration. When you check in, when you are tired, a free drink will warm your heart. The staff in the lobby, bar or restaurant are all high-quality, and the free refreshments provided by the hotel are very good. Let me rest my stomach before I need to take medicine. It's a great hotel, recommended!

The hotel is elegant and decadent. Conveniently situated and a short distance to the city main shopping high street and amenities. The bedroom was tasteful, spacious and quiet. Staff are attentive and friendly that created that level of ambience. Special gratitude to the concierge gentleman and the young waitress at breakfast. Breakfast buffet and in my opinion provided a good selection for our requirements. It's a shame that the hotel restaurant was not opened in the evening as we would of loved to have dined in it for one of our evening stays. However, we did enjoy our stay there. The only negative really was that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in our room. I would of expected this as a standard particularly in a 5 star hotel. That said, we would recommend the hotel. It's beautiful, ideally situated, and like I said, the staff were friendly.

Went to Prague on the 4th of October, staying somewhere else on the 5th and returning back on the 6th, (two nights in total in the God Bank hotel) We travelled over for a football match out-with Prague. We had left match tickets you mistake in the hotel, we didn’t have enough time to return to Prague to collect the tickets. After contacting the staff at the Gold Bank, they came to our rescue by sending individual pictures of all the tickets, this allowed us to get them reprinted at the football stadium. We are very grateful. The staff were courteous and professional from the moment arrived, we all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, it’s only a short walk to the train station, bus station, bars and restaurants.

The best part was the location and breakfast. The dorm was generally clean and everything except the bed and bedding was clean, so I had a good rest, but there was a bit of pink mold in the shower. So I used the shower on the ceiling. It would be a good idea to clean this part well. The rest are 100% satisfied.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service
