Extremely love this place. Plus, very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Easy access to metro stations and attractive places.

Hotel is okay, check in process was tedious having to wait an extremely long time. Breakfast was nice, can improve on cleanliness and provision of few more basic amenities in the bedroom (like a garbage bin (in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom)).

When I first checked in, the lights suddenly turned off and I could not turn it on anymore, so the staff helped me to change to another room. The next day, when I almost checked out, the same issue occurred in the toilet again.

The only problem is that the elevator is not very good and even creaking. However, other things of this hotel is perfectly comforting: nice staff, clean room and environment.

It is ok to stay for short durations eg 1-2days. Any longer it’s best to find elsewhere for better comfort. Rooms are small, ok for 2 persons but 3 is a little tight.
The rooms are not soundproof (the streets of Prague is not quiet fyi, cheap alcohol and ****), no kettle and no mini fridge.
