No air conditioning in the room, and if you are staying on the 5th floor it is impossible to use the shower.
Pillows had stains on them and were quite old and flat.

Because check in needs to be in another hotel, plus the trip is heavy, very inconvenient. In addition, the toilet window was not covered and could be seen from the building next door, but after a long time, it was possible to change rooms.

Check in is in another hotel across a very busy rd about 400 yds away. Shower didn't work day for 4 days and reported twice Safe didn't open No water on 9th, resumed in the evening. One pillow per bed and they said they had no more. Noisy room on the 1st floor due to constant beeping of key codes and slamming of doors. Kettle didn't work for 2 days Reception phone no was wrong and we were not given correct no No bar or lounge or any inside seating areas. I asked to move rooms twice and was told it would be possible but I was never contacted. This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel. Be careful !

Decent hotel in an excellent location, it's a pity that it had a super busy road in front of it, even at night!! I had asked for a quiet room and I was given it facing the street; upon my request to have a room at the back the receptionist bluffed by saying that the hotel was full in a rude way!!! Breakfast ok! If I were to go back I would go somewhere else!!

Sto ancora soggiornando nell'hotel ed è un vero incubo perché la pulizia è pessima anzi direi che è inesistente. Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato le lenzuola sporche di peli e capelli. Oggi non hanno neppure rifatto la camera dei miei figli oltre al fatto che sono al buio a causa di un guasto elettrico. Questo è il terzo giorno di permanenza e non hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani . Le camere sono roventi perché manca l'aria condizionata e c'è solo un ventilatore. Lo sconsiglio a tutti!

Soggiorno in questo hotel da soli due giorni e ho riscontrato già numerevoli problemi. Appena entrati nella stanza abbiamo subito notato la camera con pavimento sporco e con letto pieno di capelli/peli altrui, nel bagno e nella camera da letto le luci sono mancanti e come ciliegina sulla torta, il personale, che nonostante le continue lamentale non assistono il cliente, anzi, promettano di farlo il giorno dopo ( mai fatto). Con una parola, pessimo!
