Because it is in the old city, the corridors and rooms are relatively small. But a heinous thing happened during the stay.
At 2 a.m., my wife and I were rang the doorbell! We were broken into before we could react! We were shocked in our sleep!
I thought of a lot of kidnapping and other horrible things. Later, I called the front desk and they just said lightly, "Oh, we know, it's just that the room service sent it wrong." The next day, they even sent a bottle of wine hypocritically, but it couldn't make up for our sleep at all.
In summary, avoid staying at Andaz. As a sub-brand of Hyatt, it may have some advantages of big brands in decoration and design, but it is still very poor in the warmth and details of service!

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design.
Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels)
Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

Very interesting decoration. Kind service. Expensive coffee but high quality. Very clean restrooms! Small portions of caffee latte - normal it comes bigger. Big plus for very delicious matcha latte- it tastes really nice. Food seem to be very fresh.

Very good overall the hotel is immaculate and the staff very welcoming and attentive, check in was different for some of us as rooms were not ready for all of us attending the same business trip, this was frustrating as they should have all been ready together, breakfast meats were only warm but the rest was excellent , overall a great stay and would recommend

Impression at check-in was not good and customer service continued to be disappointing for a Hyatt. Location was good, concierge was good and room was ok. Our stay was part of a river cruise extension, they chose the property
