Prague Prague 4 Hotels

My boyfriend and I stayed at Panorama for a weekend. Hotel looks lovely, however we had a bit of a issue with our booking. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. When I made the reservation it wasn’t clear that there was an addition charge to use the swimming pool. So when we went to use the swimming pool we’ve been advised that we needed to pay. We pointed this out to the manager, who has been really helpful. They saw the it wasn’t very clear that there was an addition charge for the use of the Spa so they agreed to give us a complementary day. Other than that we didn’t have any issues. Hotel looks nice and it’s not too far effrontery amenities.

Hotel was pleasant and the service was good. The location was also great because in front of the hotel you have a number of tram stops that take you to the center. The only downside was the internet. Our room was on the 4th floor so we had no connection. Advice is therefore to place an extra wifi access point.

Fantastic hotel just opposite the metro line!! Breakfast was out if this world with complimentary prosecco!! Beds super comfy, staff friendly highly recommend

The room was great, the breakfast was super delicious! The fried eggs were amazing!!! It was very cold in Prague in November, and I wanted to go back to the room to rest at noon, but it turned out that the membership could help me apply for a 2 o'clock check-out. What a surprise, I like this hotel very much.

Rooms very clean. Unfortunately small but sufficient. Breakfast rich choice and also delicious. Metro station is 12 minutes away. Unfortunately a little outside. But still recommend.

One of the best hotels and hotel services I have ever seen. Their services were top notch, they had amazing buffet breakfast options, the rooms were quite spacious as well. The only thing that I think should improve are their amenities.

Good value for money on New Year's Eve. It's a shame that the style of the hotel is a little dated. It deserves to be refreshed.

A very good hotel. We stayed for two nights and the only downside was that no one cleaned the room the next day. So the service is very good, the room is very beautiful and the location is very good.
