Best hotel ever! Close to the airport and super convenient. It’s connected to a big shopping mall, which makes everything easier. Special thanks to the reception staff on duty on 9 July 2025, between 2–9pm — they were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better! 👏🙏

Worth every penny. The complimentary pick up service was waiting for me on arrival (thank you Seth). The hotel staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The restaurant had great food that was affordable with great service. Even though I stayed for 1 night, I definitely felt take care of. Really good hotel!

Polite and very professional people. The best part was the timely airport pickup which also happens to be located rather close to the airport. I highly recommend those in layover to consider staying here. The rooms are super clean and fully functional with extra self care like tea. I’ll definitely be staying here each time I’m in Nairobi.

First-class hotel located 10-15 minutes from the airport and offering free pickup service. Very spacious and comfortable room, everything brand new, and thoughtful touches for our honeymoon. Highly recommended.
