I had such a beautiful experience and Mafanta the supervisor made it even more befitting by making us feel more at home. He had such an amazing team. I couldn't pen down without appreciating Patience & Cosmos who apart from being present, ready to serve & full of vigour, showed concern with my every order. The cocktails were amazing l even had to go give a personal thank you to Kevin. The terrace part for sure is a place everyone should add on their bucket list. The place is vibrant, has a beautiful view and even brightens up even more as evening sets in.

I went with IGAD for a one week training at PrideInn Plaza,and oh my God! I love the ambience.Great conference facilities and excellent service from the team,just to mention a few who served me,Mafanta,Kitabu and Eva.I will definately be back with my family.

Nestled conveniently near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Pride Inn offers a respite for those seeking both comfort and convenience. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious with ample room for relaxation and unwinding after a long journey or those wanting to be on time for their flights. The hotel is in a mall too providing even more convinience in case you're a traveler and need to do shopping or enjoy the mall experience. The service at Pride Inn is nothing short of exceptional, with a special mention to Serah's warm hospitality and attention to detail. The staff’s dedication to excellence service gave us a very nice guest experience. The food was also good, done with fresh ingredients and flavourful recipes.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. I especially appreciated the round-the-clock meal service, which made dining convenient regardless of the time. Overall, I highly recommend for its exceptional service and hospitality.

The service was really good. The rooms ate nice and quite spacious too. The hotel provides a very nice relaxed experience. It's also accessible since its near the highway. The airport is right next door and ideal for travel when flying out soon.

When I say I had the best conference ever this year I mean the one I had at pride inn plaza. The conference facilities are just the best. We were welcomed warmly at the reception...and I was escorted to my room with the guest relations lady Sharon. Her breafing about the hotel, was precise and professional and at lunch she was around asking if we were comfortable. Lunch was delicious. Best hotel ever.

I was here for my conference meeting and highly appreciate the friendly and helpful staff especially from the reception and service who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The conference room is spacious and clean, provision of ample parking and enhanced security.

Lovely Deluxe rooms Comfortable beds Large spacious bathroom Friendly and helpful staff like Serah, Kitabu, David, Mafanta, Sharon and Chef Ian The food is very good in terms of variety and in flavor. The location is next to the busy Mombasa Highway, but yiu do not realise it. The rooms are sound proof.
