A bit out of the way in Privas, reception were helpful and check in was simple, rooms were dated though more so than any hotel on our trip. We didn't dine here so can't comment on the restaurant but the breakfast selection was superb. No secure parking for motorcycles but it wasn't an area where we felt that would be an issue and it wasn't Only real fly in the ointment was checkout which became a bit of a farce , not completely down to the hotel but not helped. drinks that were put onto the room had no room allocated on the bill, even though we were asked for a room number at the time. but rather than split the bill some of our party argued the toss (sorry about that, I wasn't one of them ) - if it had stated on the bill that room 84 had 2 drinks=12 euros for example then most of that could have been avoided -. But room allocation would be very helpful. Hotel had a pool and large out door patio area, staff were excellent & although not right in the centre it was only a 5/10 minute walk away

Nice hotel. Parking is across the road from the hotel, not secure but in a quiet area. Reception and welcome very good. Pool area lovely. Bedroom was clean and quiet, with good views over the Ardeche. Privas, we found too quiet, only a couple of restaurants open, so we returned to the hotel bar which was very good.

It was Ascension weekend. I came to visit a friend on privas with my 3 children. We spent 2 great nights at the Hotel La Chaumette. The whole team was very pleasant and accommodating. We had a nice room big enough for the 4 of us. The bathroom was small but very clean. The breakfast was perfect. We were able to have lunch on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The children were a little cold and immediately the staff gave us pleas. It was perfect. If I come back to privas see my friend. This is definitely where I would stay.

Climatisation qui ne marche pas en plein été, hôtel vieillot à éviter absolument , et on avais une chambre supérieure, pendant notre séjour beaucoup de clients se sont plein de la climatisation qui ne marchait pas parking tout petit , comme la climatisation ne marche et faisait beaucoup de bruit , on a ouvert la fenêtre et c'est les moustiques qui ce sont occupés de nous

Hôtel très cosy, surtout la chambre ! Employés très gentils toujours à l’écoute quand nécessaire ! Coin piscine magnifique (piscine un peu froide ) ! Près du centre ville on peut s’y rendre à pied ! J’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps! J’y retournerai !!!!

Pas à la hauteur du prix que nous avons payer, 135 euros ,chambre supérieur, avec clim qui marche au minimum plus de 27° dans la chambre difficilement supportable dans les partie commune encore pire,je plaint le personnel qui fait ce qu'il peut pour satisfaire les clients qui se plaignent tous du manque de bonnes clims , moderne et efficace..sinon, bon lit , très petite salle d'eau avec WC dedans et pour nous pas de chance la douche pratiquement bouchée.. dommage cette hotel a beaucoup de potentiels ....

Les photos sur le site de l'hôtel affichent principalement les chambres qui ont été rénovées, malheureusement nous avons logé dans une des anciennes chambres présentes sur une seule photo qui n'affiche pas tout à fait la réalité. Très vieillot et décevant. La clime est si bruyante qu'il est impossible de dormir avec allumée. Pas assez de serviettes éponges et lorsqu'on en demande en extra, elles sont enlevées lors du ménage. Ne respectent pas le panneau "ne pas déranger" lorsqu'on ne souhaite pas que la chambre soit faite. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 15€ par personne.

Bien mais pas de petite serviette pour les mains ou le visage une seule pour la douche. Pas de savon pour les mains juste le gel douche Pour un 3 étoiles pas de bouilloire dommage car le petit déjeuner n’est servi qu’à partir de 7h donc si l’on est en séjour d’affaire c’est pas possible de prendre de petit déjeuner Par contre personnel très agréable chambre très propre Un dernier petit bémol la connexion wifi est trop juste Pas de prise à côté du lit non plus
