"The worst hotel I stayed in during this trip to Egypt. The order included three meals a day, and the last day's lunch was also included. Because the hotel stipulates that check-out is at 12 o'clock, I was called out of the restaurant by a middle-aged male staff member in public when I was eating lunch at around 1 o'clock in the afternoon. I was taken to the front desk like a prisoner and asked for 700 Egyptian pounds for the meal. I couldn't believe that such extremely rude and impolite behavior appeared in a five-star hotel. I have been to dozens of countries and stayed in hundreds of star-rated hotels. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. To be honest, this rude behavior has seriously affected the image of the hotel. I hope that such low-level and terrible things will not happen in the future. However, the price of the hotel is very cheap, the environment is also very beautiful, the buffet is also rich and delicious, the hotel front desk staff, porters, security personnel, restaurant, and room waiters have a very good working attitude. Every staff member I met is very enthusiastic and helpful. It is a very good hotel and worth staying in."
