青島的民宿住了不少，蘇家的最乾淨，沒有之一。每一個角落都一塵不染，令人非常舒心！佈局非常好，有很多設計可以應用到家裝方面，一次舒適的體驗，一次難得的學習。以前衹知道嶗山綠茶，蘇家的嶗山紅茶也是讓人有了新的味蕾體驗。總之，滿分，再+1分，可以驕傲！有機會再去體驗蘇家其他房源，希望青島疫情早日過去！

非常好的住宿體驗。房子的位置絕佳，很方便探索老城。床特別舒服，還有很多書可以選讀。榻榻米的區域就可以俯瞰老城的紅瓦，一邊喝茶一邊欣賞風景特別愜意。房子本身也很有歷史感，房東提供了十分有用的旅行訊息。很愉快的住宿體驗。

室內設計很精緻，有温度有情懷，想在自己家擁有同款房間那種，人文體驗值得。不過老房子隔音很差，提示了在房間活動需要輕手輕腳不打擾鄰里，保暖一般。另外開發票不方便

住宿體驗極佳，室內的眼光充足，暖暖的曬在身上很舒服，充滿年代感的設計很值得細細品味，煙火氣很足。所在的位置也是交通方便，而且附近也有很多景點，同時在這裏也感謝一下房東製作的旅遊小指南，對我們來説很有幫助，避免了很多的雷區。希望老闆的匠人精神能夠一直保持下去，祝老闆生意興隆。下一次再來希望體驗其他不同的民宿

位置在大學路風景區，各種網紅打卡可以步行到達，房間很乾凈，房東很有品味，同為藝術工作者的在下，非常喜歡這個調調，所以在網上一看到照片就定了下來，想給孩子一個住在老洋房的體驗，感謝房東提供這麼好的民宿，希望越辦越好吧。

住在東部 假日裏最喜歡逛老城 每一條街道和老建築都有不一樣的故事
關注有間已久 先來體驗塵裏 無比便利的交通 但卻是鬧中取靜 初冬和老友坐在榻榻米上 能看見信號山 品一壺嶗山茶 頓時就把外面的喧囂忘得乾乾淨淨
特別值得一提的是 人情味十足 入住的當天給了我幾個小時可以提前入住的便捷 省去許多周折的苦惱
兩天後的星期五如果不忙 那我就再住兩晚吧～😊

真的太喜歡這間屋子了 周圍小路的景色隨便走走都很有味道 很可惜***很快就要停止服務了 這可能是我在這上面定的最後一間民宿 給我留下了非常美好的回憶 再來青島我會再來看看！

塵裏地理位置好，四周都是打卡景點，屋子設計帶感，室內陽光充足很暖和，窗外就是城市風景，夜晚安靜，老鄰居很友善，最讚的是管家姐姐的周到服務和老闆有問秒回的敬業精神，喜歡這樣的民宿，能感受到原汁原味的風土民情，下次來還會去體驗山舍和寒舍，祝有間民宿生意興隆財源滾滾！
