住的第一間房窗户關不上，窗户關不上不抓緊修還能讓顧客住？換的第二間房空調跟拖拉機一樣哐哐響，一晚上都沒睡着覺，屋裡的燈跟蠟燭一樣根本看不清，四個燈壞就亮三個，靠近門口的地方還沒有燈，沒有燈你懂嗎！屋內的光線十分昏暗，天花板的口也是打開的，就這也叫酒店？誰家酒店這樣？前台的態度也很冷漠 這家酒店極度不推薦

東西落下了還幫忙找了服務很好，就是比較舊了的酒店設備老了一點，建議及時修整設施，一百多性價比還是很高的。

我住過最差的酒店，房間地面床上全是頭髮，沐浴露洗頭膏都是袋裝的，為了省錢，房間沒有瓶裝水。入住第一個房間空調一直響，就跟師傅説了，維修師傅很不情願的過來説，老空調，修不了，然後換了一個房間。兩個酒店品牌都是同一個。你定貴的那個品牌算你倒黴，前台説的。然後住了結婚的一大羣人，從晚上8點鬧騰到晚上12點，問酒店第二天不會吵吧，酒店保證説不會吵到我們休息，然後早晨4點一直到8點都在吵。酒店就當聽不到看不到。最生氣的一次入住，我住酒店是來休息的，休息不好我踏馬住幹嘛。

別住 花錢去找罵的 給家人訂的房間 第二天去吃早餐時遇到一食堂大媽 説打完飯不用蓋鍋蓋 因為打開了一半 鍋蓋自己劃回去蓋上了 那大媽直接吼我家人“不用蓋聽不懂人話嗎” 家裡人來即墨旅遊 不想給我惹麻煩 也沒有脾氣 就沒搭理 我聽説後給前台打電話詢問 結果一整天沒給我答覆 也沒時間耗着 就是説那大媽以後別再出來給青島丟人了 花錢讓顧客找罵來了

已跟前台説房間按退房打掃，不管你怎麼説，就是把垃圾袋垃圾倒了，還用之前的垃圾袋。真省錢，連旅館的服務都跟不上。一個酒店房間裏都有蟲子🐛。衞生間還是上一個客人留下來的東西，叫打掃都不打掃。很垃圾！很少給
