This was my first trip to Qingdao, and choosing this hotel proved to be a fantastic decision, providing a flawless experience from start to finish. Even before my arrival, they proactively called to confirm my details and offer a warm welcome, which was a nice touch. To my pleasant surprise, I was even given a complimentary room upgrade! Check-in upon arrival was quick and seamless. The room itself was spotless and featured a spacious desk, which was a great bonus. Overall, the hotel was an excellent choice. Its location is also superb, being within easy walking distance of the Beer Museum. The only minor point for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited. Additionally, in the king room, the semi-transparent design of the toilet and shower area might be a little awkward for some guests. Despite these minor observations, this hotel is definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Qingdao!

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated right above a lively food street, predominantly featuring Qingdao seafood restaurants. It's also just a stone's throw from the Qingdao Beer Museum. Service: Breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of choices. A fun bonus was having our takeout delivered by a small robot! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, assisting us with several minor issues. Housekeeping kept our room spotlessly clean every day, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! I particularly loved the tatami area in this room type. We loved spending evenings there, chatting and enjoying late-night snacks.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to see the light show at May Fourth Square and watch the sunset at Xiaomaidao Park. There are also food streets and shopping malls nearby, making it a one-stop shop for shopping, dining, and getting around. For those driving, there's no need to worry at all, as the free parking and charging stations are a thoughtful touch. The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The front desk staff were quick and enthusiastic in processing check-in, proactively introducing the hotel facilities and nearby attractions, even remembering the less-known spots perfectly. Any needs during my stay were met with prompt responses, and the room's comfort was top-notch. The decor was simple yet stylish, with sunlight streaming in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, making me never want to get up. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area, and the smart toilet and brand-name toiletries were thoughtful details, showing no signs of being perfunctory. The most surprising thing was the soundproofing; it was quiet at night, allowing me to completely wash away the day's fatigue after a good night's sleep. From location and service to facilities, every aspect shows care and attention. It's perfect for both tourism and business trips. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Qingdao, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel rooms all have large floor-to-ceiling windows with a wide view, and the facilities are all equipped according to the star standard, American Sealy mattresses, intelligent toilets, Bluetooth speakers, electric curtains to bring you a different experience; the rooms are equipped with zero-pressure memory pillows and down pillows to satisfy the sleep needs of different guests. Orange Crystal Hotel will be a real harbor for you to relax both physically and mentally during your journey.

The room was impeccably clean, split-level, quiet, comfortable, and very stylish. Both air conditioners maintained a perfect temperature, and the bathroom featured good wet/dry separation with excellent shower pressure. The two large round beds were on separate levels, offering both privacy and convenience for looking after children, making it ideal for a young family of four. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a restroom on the upper floor, but otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic: it's just a short walk to Taidong Night Market, and the Beer Museum is also easily accessible. May Fourth Square is only a short taxi ride (around 10-15 RMB) away. Downstairs, you'll find supermarkets, convenience stores, BBQ stalls, and seafood restaurants. Plus, there's a 'Wei Wei Xian' tofu pudding shop nearby that serves absolutely delicious tofu pudding! We had a very comfortable two-day stay and a fantastic overall experience.

## Location: The location is incredibly convenient: just across the traffic light from the Zhongshan Road subway station exit, right on the main street. Taxis are also easy to hail. With public transport (bus and subway) right at the doorstep, getting anywhere is effortless. Zhanqiao Pier is also within walking distance, and the stroll there is quite pleasant, allowing you to admire the architecture and browse the small shops along the way. Just a heads-up, during hot weather, it's wise to stay cool. ## Environment: The courtyard itself is very quiet. Surrounding it are many small shops, accessible through a back gate from the courtyard – just knock and you can step right in to explore them, which was a fantastic feature. We'd read reviews suggesting ground-floor rooms are more convenient, so we booked one. However, the garden-style courtyard made it a bit challenging to wheel our luggage. But the front desk staff (the young gentlemen, in particular) were incredibly helpful, always carrying our bags in and out. Our suitcases were quite heavy, so we were truly grateful for their assistance! ## Stay Experience: The bedding was quite comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too soft. It would be ideal to have both a soft and a slightly firmer pillow option to cater to different preferences. The air conditioning kept the room refreshingly cool, but it seemed to lack a dehumidifier function (or we couldn't find it), making the room feel a bit too damp. Clothes hung out in the courtyard took a while to dry, but having a washing machine to pre-spin them helped a bit. Each room has its own private courtyard perfect for tea and conversation; on hot days, we simply moved our tea setup just outside our door, which was equally pleasant. We did notice a slight odor in the bathroom, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they promptly cleaned it again for us. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Qingdao. The people of Shandong are genuinely warm, friendly, and talkative – they never showed any signs of annoyance, which we truly appreciated!
