Wonderful Stay, Language Barrier Concern
My recent stay at Fu’an hotel was wonderful overall, with just one minor concern regarding a language barrier. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and the hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional.
The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.
However, one challenge I encountered was a slight language barrier with some of the staff members. While most were proficient in English, there were a few instances where communication became a bit challenging. Despite this, the staff made genuine efforts to assist me and ensure my needs were met to the best of their ability.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Fu’an hotel to others, as the overall experience was outstanding. With its excellent amenities, convenient location, and attentive staff, it offers a fantastic stay experience.

The parent-child suite I booked has a 1.8-meter bed and a bunk bed for children. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also large. There is a fitness and swimming area on the underground first floor. I am generally satisfied. The service of the Xiaoling in the lobby on the first floor is also very thoughtful, give a thumbs up!
