This Accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Location is walking distance to the town centre. We will definitely be back and will suggest this Accommodation to family and friends.

Good motel, not far to the city. A little bit dated but all there one need. I wouldn’t rate it a 4 star motel though.

Nice location only a brief walk to the city centre. Pool was closed for service thiugh was in the off season so makes sense.

The property was very tired, curtains hanging off runners, kitchen blind broken. Kitchen tap loose. Wires to TV in bedroom looked dangerous!! Room was not serviced on second day, bins not emptied or tea/ coffee not replenished

Issue with the TV regarding ability to turn on and sound adjustment. Maybe just requires new batteries.
Building looks old. Kitchen cabinet missing a door.

It was nice that you could walk down to the main City area. The pool was freezing and not heated in. The hot tub was not in order and would not be for some time. The room could definitely do with new carpet and paint and any type of updating. I think I was coming to Queenstown again I would pass on this hotel.
