Great 5 star hotel with friendly staffs and have a great location in central of Rayong.

Hotel building is very nice however rooftop bar tables and chairs are falling apart. Once we got into bed we noticed the sheets were heavily stained and the towels were falling apart. Very unsatisfactory.

We were a group of four good friends and we were in Rayong for a "durian fest "..... we were there to try out the different variety of durians This hotel in Rayong is perfect for its location. Its efficiency and proficient staff members who were accommodating .  We all also agreed that the international breakfast buffet was exceptional and we would stay at this hotel just for the breakfast :) We also drove our car so we were glad that there was always ample space for parking .

Location of hotel is near market , but far from beach. Break is good with lots of options

The hotel location is next to the shopping mall very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful when I called to ask them check bad small in the room from the toilet.

Staffs was friendly. I got a room in front of elevator junction so i want to change the room. Called the reception and the staff came up and take me to another room within 10 mins. The service is exceptional.
