Regarding facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness center, there is no staff to supervise them, and the lighting is not turned on for guest use. In addition, the housekeeping service lacks thoroughness; for example, shampoo and body wash are not checked or replenished after guests check out. There is no minibar in the room, and the room check-in process during check-out takes a considerable amount of time. Overall, the level of professionalism in the service is appropriate for the price of a few hundred baht per room. However, at prices in the thousands, it is considered too expensive compared to the basic service standards of a small hotel."

"The room and service were decent. Perhaps with the rising prices in Thailand, it doesn't stand out as much anymore. To get to and from the hotel from the pier on the island, you'll need to take a songthaew. It's definitely more convenient to rent a motorbike if you're staying on the island, you can even ride to some small beaches in the south to relax. The hotel's restaurant has a nice ambiance and is good for a fancy meal. I'd recommend a street food stall I found – for about 200 baht per person, including four or five beers, the food was delicious. They even sent a small cake on my birthday night."

You have to hold the toilet flush down for a long time to make it work properly."
