The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. NO HEAT despite their false advertising on trip.com that there is heating. It was -4 degrees outside, THIS IS NOT SAFE. When we asked about heating they told us they had only just ordered heaters and they would arrive a month later in October. Then NO WATER. There is construction going on right next to the hotel. Apparently this is not the first time it has happened. The water never turned back on. They need to inform guests that there is a high risk of water being cut off due to construction in front. The hotel is DIRTY - my sheets had stains all over them, in addition to 2 pillows and a bedspread. Absolutely disgusting. And when your room is FREEZING COLD all you want to do is get under the covers. I woke up feeling sick in the morning due to this. DO NOT STAY HERE. I plan to report this hotel to trip.com - after repeated attempts to get a refund the hotel claims they don’t know how. No refund has been issued. Trip.com needs to pull them from the website.

This is my first time giving a negative review, very unsafe! No deadbolt! I was asked to use my room card to open the door three times in the morning! ! ! The first time at 7:45 in the morning, and then again every 20 minutes, and again every 20 minutes. If it was a waiter, why didn't you knock on the door? And my husband chased me out and couldn't see anyone at all. If it was a waiter, why did he run away? After being knocked on the door for the second time, I called the hotel and told them to come and take a look, but no one bothered me until I checked out. It was really scary.
