Shower hot & cold water operates as if loose inside. Opening widow outside shutter needs a strong athletic man to pull it. Fan in the bathroom has noise, so I shut it down. Paper written for breakfast cost doesn't include details for each type of breakfast , just names, please clear it.

Excellent location in the city center, nice view on the park. Relatively silent in the sense that you can hear the next room, but the people were not noisy, so it was very good.

Very poor check-in experience, super poor front desk service, check out time at 12 o'clock, because I was 25 minutes late, they charged an extra 80 euros for late check out, and even had an argument with the customer at the front desk. It was really bad. I don’t know how to rate this hotel as a four-star hotel. The hotel manager was even more unreasonable. I was packing my luggage, and around 12:22, he actually rushed into the room. It was quite funny.

房間不大，位置不錯，前臺中午幫忙辦理的入住，還幫叫了taxi，早餐不錯，酒店門口就是個大公園，再往前應該是個市政廳還有教堂和酒吧，地理位置非常有優勢，就是房間太小了，可能意大利都這樣吧，衹停留一晚，也無所謂了，總體OK

位置非常好，前面是綠地，走幾步就是老城中心。房間舒適、足夠大。設施不是很新，但維護得很精心。服務人員非常貼心❤️
