I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-out process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being courteous and quick to assist. The front desk ensured that all billing details were accurate and addressed any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities met my expectations. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Was a great hotel fir for purpose - staff couldn’t be more happy to help with an questions. The walls are a little thin so just be aware of that but for the price we really couldn’t complain it was perfect.

I had an incredible experience in Iceland, and staying at this hostel made it even better! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the large pantry/kitchen was a highlight, offering plenty of space to cook and enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, one downside was that my food was thrown away by the staff before I had fully checked out, despite labeling it with my check-out date. That was a bit disappointing, but overall, the positives far outweighed this minor issue. I would still highly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Iceland!

The location is very good, it’s very close to the city center, sightseeings and the bus station (flybus to the airport). Good fully equipped kitchen, you really can cook everything here. Nice living room zone with big dining table. My shared room was a bit too small for 6 people, not enough place to open the big travel bag. The bed was too small, there is no individual lamp and socket next to the bed. The price was good, during the high season it was really big luck to book this place for such a small price. I can recommend this place!

Our flight arrived late. The hotel staff waited for us until 3am and made the check in process super smooth. The breakfast is great. The hotel is located right next to Bus Stop #9 in the heart of downtown Reykjavik. Next time we will stay here again for longer.

perfect location and friendly reception. All bath sets are L'Occitane´s, which i prefer the most. A small coffee machine in the room. A little improvment could be the light in the room, which is a little bit dark for me, but someone will like it.

Fabulous 👌 Easy to check-in. Good kitchen, wish it had washing/drying machine. Shower curtain could be better but overall good enough. Parking not as easy as I wish but still managed to get it. Got a Nice and quite area A+

Overall it was good, especially the cathedral was so close, I felt safe living in this place, the bedding was also very good and comfortable. I just felt that my deluxe double room was not luxurious enough, and it was a little different from the price I paid before and after. The breakfast was too thin, and it was prepared in advance according to the order I chose the day before and placed on a tray for the diners, but at least they should tell me to take it if it was not enough.

The hotel is located at the main street where supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The room is neat and tidy, and the kitchen area is equipped with full sets of utensils and microwave. However, the toilet is a bit stinky everytime after flushing.
