My granddaughter and I enjoyed our overnight and the location was great for local sightseeing. Very helpful staff with respect to local eateries, etc.

The location is easily accessible by public transit. It’s a self-service hotel, so guests must be sure to reach out if they haven’t received checkin instructions. There are staff at the hotel and on call who are very friendly and helpful about routine issues which arise. The included breakfast buffet is remarkable!!!

Very comfortable, I’m very gratefull by the kindness of the personal ! The location was near to the reikyjavik center. Everything was super celan and warm.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in and out of Reykjavik. You won’t be disappointed!

Since I booked 4 nights, I have a good discount. It is a pretty interesting accommodation, something in between an Airbnb (self-check-in and healthy Skyr breakfast) and a hotel (clean and comfortable beds). The color of the renovation also fits well into Iceland. The washroom has a heated floor, which is nice in winter. They also have blackout curtains and I can see how it can be helpful in the summer when there is no darkness. There is also a bus stop right downstairs which is very convenient for us to get to downtown. You just need to download the public transport app (Straeto/Klappid), which allows you to buy bus tickets with your credit card and scan the QR code on the bus.

The staff of the Hostel are very responsible to solve problems for the guests. There are washing machines and dryers, and the charges are reasonable. ISK2000 is cheaper than some hostels, but the location is a bit far away from the city, and it may be inconvenient for those without a car. There is a very comfortable common area. There is also a hairdryer in the common area, so you don't have to worry about making noise to other guests at night.

Very basic hotel but clean and great staff at the front desk. Jose and Michael went out of their way to help us find tours when everything was booked. Gave great recommendations on getting around. Would definitely stay here again even if it’s not centrally located. The only downside is the lack of an elevator if that’s a need for someone.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the location was great and the hotel amenities were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We had an issue trying to get into the hotel as you need a pin code that trip didn’t provide. Luckily a man helped us and got everything set up really quickly. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. We did a lot of tours whilst here and the company were able to pick us and drop us right outside the hotel.
