All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room however was not cleaned up until we requested it in the evening around 5:15pm.

What a beautiful, historic, and first-class stay at the Jefferson, a true American landmark and Virginia icon. Everything was awesome from the customer service to the comfort of the rooms. 5-stars indeed.

Historic hotel but TJs restaraunt very under staffed, waited 30min for drinks. Very, very crowded with events and visitors not staying at the hotel but looking at decorations.

The Jefferson is stunning. It was decorated to the hilt. It is a beautiful property. My only complaint is that due to its splendor and popularity, as guests we couldn't access much, eg bar was too criwded, no dinner reservations, no high tea reservations, etc.

Christmas decorations were really over the top. Staff was great. Enjoyed the history of the hotel. We thought that guests should be given some priority on reservations for tea. Well done, Jefferson! We will be back.
