Booked a hotel room for my 75 year old dad, in his name, for his out of town church meeting. I paid in full, in advance, online through *******. When my dad arrived the lady at the front desk wouldn't give him his room and was asking a million questions, about car insurance, what car he was driving, registration, etc. Confusing him and grilling him about giving them more and more information. He eventually had to call my mom, who had to call the hotel and demand they give my dad the room that we paid for. After threatening to call a corporate office and giving the hotel a bad review, they finally said they will give him his room. Never coming back to this establishment after all this.
