Richmond Park Hotel

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean but quite cramped. There is a nightclub next door so there was a constant hum of music and people coming in at 5am making a lot of noise which woke us up. There is no parking but it is quite close to the train station.

I am very impressed with this place for the money. I don't usually write reviews, however I think previous comments aren't doing the place justice. Fair enough there is no parking (which is clear on their website) or lift (definitely not accessible) however, the pros outweigh the cons - it is in an excellent location in central Richmond - about a 10 minute walk from the Station, a one minute walk to anything else you need; including the Odeon across the road and gorgeous independent cafes and restaurants (and a fabulous Ivy). The rooms are small but fully equipped with everything you need - including a mini kitchen in the cupboard! On the basis that it's good value, great location and all lovely and clean, I will rebook.

It was a 40 steep stair climb with luggage to our 2nd floor room. The 'double room with a river view' was clean and modern but very small. the double bed base had sharp corners and due to the limited room we kept bumping them, and in my case injured my leg & bled. The river view was a small slot between to building walls. The toilet was so close to the wall one needed to sit sideways. the shower was good and reasonable size, except you could only reach the turn on tap once in the shower! there was a small kitchenette (hob and microwave) behind cupboard doors which was useful. The small double is exactly that even smaller, a guest decribed the shower as a coffin. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was convenient but a lot of money for a small room

Just on the outskirts of the town and not badly placed - however - the room we booked was a “studio with garden view” - the view was of a brick wall less than 30cm from the window, with plastic foliage - NOT a garden. We were also expecting a kitchenette - but we got a wardrobe with a hot plate and sink installed within - we did get two beds, and they were clean - not at all comfortable, but clean. The end of the bed was 10cm from the wall - which held the TV. We tried to watch TV - but the sound was at least 4 minutes behind the picture. There was no phone signal at all and definitely no internet. The reception staff was surly and unhelpful and the manager we were recommended to speak to next morning to address our disappointment was outright rude and laughed at our concerns. She stated that the website pictures and descriptions were “merely representative of what you get - not necessary what you will end up with” We certainly would not recommend you stay here, but if you can’t find anywhere else, and are happy with a small underground box and a brick wall view - this may be the place for you

We’ve stayed for three nights and I’m absolutely happy with my experience! For starters, place is brand new and very clean, also nice touch is 24 hour reception, we couldn’t figure out how to change mode on the ac and they immediately came to help, even at 10pm! Amenities: In the room we had literally everything traveller could hypothetically need, I wasn’t really reading description of room amenities, so when I opened as I thought wardrobe I find a fully equipped kitchen! I’ve never seen anything like that in London and it seems to be the NOX thing. Ideal for people like us, who came to explore the town, not only the restaurants. Also, it was very cool to have personal iron and ironing board in the room. We haven’t used it, but if you’re having an important meeting or event this will be a life saver. Service: Even though we’ve stayed only three days we had our room cleaned daily. Under the electricity switch is a little display where you can choose whether you want your room cleaned today or not. We didn’t choose anything at first because I simply forgot about it so when we came back we were surprised to have our room made! Check out was very quick, we just left our keys at the front desk. Staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling to you and it makes you feel very welcomed. My personal 5/5 for staff! We are planning to come again in winter to visit some friends and definitely will be staying in NOX again!

I loved this beautiful place! We've had a beautiful room with river view. Small kitchenette is so cool, didn't expect that in the hotel room) Superfriendly staff. No minuses, will definitely come back!

Was a very nice little hotel brand new everything new and convenient. Friendly staff an attentive receptionist Right on the river bank . The river access was so handy . Quite small. Everything was provided in the room Microwave ,kettle . enjoyed the stay

Good location by the river Themes surrounded with many restaurants , cafes and buffets. Amazing staff always happy to help. Cozy rooms with little kitchenette inside fully equipped Good place for family trip

Stayed at the recently renovated NOX Richmond hotel and absolutely loved it!! Friendly and helpful staff. An amazing addition to Richmond. Go for the river view rooms, you will not be disappointed!!! ! Definitely would recommend it ! !!! !
