It is conveniently located. Food variety in breakfast buffet is satisfactory. But, I was puzzled why the kitchen refused my request for fried eggs on the last day, whilst I could be served with such on the previous two days. I was greatly disappointed with this. The hotel owed me an explanation. I tried to get the email address of the hotel in order to lodge my complaint through Trip.com but in vain. Trip.com's answer not of help at all.

The hotel is just 3 minutes’ walk to the bus station and the central market and is situated on the edge of the old town. The restaurants, bars, supermarkets are not far from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well.

There is a parking lot for 20 euros. The room is clean and the hotel is in a great location, opposite the train station and behind the old town. The only regret is that the hotel requires a deposit when checking in, because there are a lot of consumer goods in the room.

A place near the bus station and Old Riga. To get there, a walk along the pavement and small sidewalks. Although check-in from 15, 17.00 you have to stand in line for at least 40 minutes, a very boring moment if you have an appointment. I was not informed about the $30 warranty fee. Room suitable, 2 levels, standard. Ironing board and tea-making facilities are available, both for single and double rooms. Delicious breakfast. Bright lighting. Quiet.
