"The location is fine but an old room is allocated during my stay so strong toilet odor is smelled in my room. Even worse is my credit card was charged without authorization (despite they refund but transaction cost is still incurred and the customer needed to bear for the hotel's mistake), given that the room is fully prepaid. Had strong doubt on the integrity of the staff, be careful if u stay in this hotel."

The windows faced the garden and opera house, offering expansive views and a glimpse into the city's beauty, pleasant both day and night. Overall, the stay was relaxing and upscale, making it a highly recommended hotel in Riga."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent—I walked from Riga Bus Station in about 12–15 minutes with a large suitcase, and Riga Old Town is only a 5-minute walk away with plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractions nearby. The hotel is also located along the river, where you can enjoy a pleasant walk or take a river cruise for just €15. I also appreciated the luggage room, which allowed me to continue exploring after check-out. The room was cosy, clean and perfect for a solo traveller. It had everything I needed, including a kettle, coffee, tea, minibar and a smart TV where I could watch YouTube. The hotel also has spa facilities, although I didn’t get the chance to use them. I also enjoyed a light meal at the hotel restaurant. The only downside was the soundproofing. I could hear people walking in the corridor and doors closing, and there were occasional noises from the room above, especially in the morning. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"I have travelled to more than one hundred countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Neiburgs is one of my favorites. It is located just behind the Riga Cathedral and is convenient to the old town sites. It has a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Highly recommended its fish/seafood soup. Particular thanks to the restaurant staff Armands and Andris for their courtesy and professionalism."
