"There was a really loud party happening on the 8th floor. We were on the 6th floor, and the vibrations were so strong our child couldn't sleep. We complained to the front desk, but they just told us we had to put up with it until 10 PM and did nothing to help. We put the 'make up room' sign on our door handle and left at 11 AM, but by 6 PM, nothing had been done. After we complained, someone finally came, but the cleaning was sloppy. The front desk staff even implied it was our fault, suggesting we hadn't requested the cleaning by the hotel's 2 PM deadline."

"The room and bathroom were very clean throughout our stay, thanks to the cleaning staff (we didn’t get the chance to meet them). Room was perfect for us; good mattress, fridge, kettle, toiletries and extras, including soft slippers. Hot water and heating all good. Location of the hotel is strategic, it’s on a street that goes towards the central train station and bus station, it’s near to public transport stops such as buses and trams, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around, even supermarkets.
