Good evening . 11/18/23. we visited your hotel. We liked the room. The employee Julia worked at the registration desk. Paying 45 euros for the room. After we checked into the room, we find out that the television does not work. Question to Yulia, why didn’t she warn us??? We decided to leave the hotel, but Yulia charged us 20 euros, for what???? It is her fault for not informing us that not all services were provided to the client. We have stayed at your hotel before, but after this incident, we certainly don’t want to come back here. Thank you for your understanding.

I chased the cheapness. I do not recommend the hotel. It's more of a hostel. Cheap and cheerful. They are apparently housing migrant workers and refugees. The TV didn't work, there was no air conditioning, no slippers. Pros: WiFi. The reception is not open after 24.00. ..
